Comme à chaque fois, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre que nous avions choisie (Rez-de-chaussée côté jardin) correspondait à nos attentes. Elle était très spacieuse et agrémentée d'une belle terrasse ensoleillée (lorsqu'il était présent ;-)). Les lits jumeaux étaient confortables. Le petit déjeuner était varié et très bon. L'ensemble du personnel est très accueillant et très agréable. Il ne tarde jamais à répondre à nos attentes.

Misleading. The room was small, but fine. The breakfast was very good. Our only complaint, however a big one, is that we chose this hotel because it advertised an indoor swimming pool. What they didn’t mention was that not only was it not included with the price, but the cost is 70€ PER HOUR! We were very disappointed for that reason. If we had known, we would have chosen one of the many other hotels in the area.

PERFECT uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer netjes en schoon, alles was aanwezig en het personeel werkt zeer hard en doet enorm zijn best, zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, het was rustig in het hotel en ik heb ervan genoten. Wat mij betreft 5 sterren. Er zijn ook kamers voor mensen met een beperking en honden zijn toegelaten, en de prijs is niet hoog

Menswaardigheid NUL. Mijn grootmoeder van 84 kwam hier logeren met haar partner. Hij werd onwel in de ochtend en kon niet gaan ontbijten. Zij is alleen gegaan en vroeg of ze een broodje mocht meeenemen voor haar partner op de kamer die onwel was. Dit mocht niet. Nadien vroeg ze aan de receptie of er een dokter beschikbaar was. Die was er volgens hen niet. Toen hij flauwviel in de kamer, belde ze naar de receptie, waarop ze haar doodleuk antwoorden dat ze hem zelf naar de spoed moest voeren (mijn grootmoeder wandelt met een rollator). Toen ze zei dat ze dat niet kon, zeiden ze dat ze zelf de spoed moest bellen. Ze heeft dat uiteindelijk gedaan en de ambulance is hem komen halen. Niemand van het hotel kwam helpen, vragen of alles oké was en of ze konden helpen. Nadien ook niet. Schandalig.

Een super mooie kamer , heel netjes en verzorgd Erg modern maar toch gezellig Ook een heel ruime kamer je kunt er makkelijk met 4 personen vertoeven. Apart WC wel geen bakje voor maandverband daarmee moet je naar de kamer er naast : de badkamer. Deze heeft een aparte douche en bad ,ook weer zeer ruim Wij hadden een smal terrasje ( 1 stoel ) met zicht op zee Eén héél groot nadeel : geen airco of ander middel om af te koelen !!! Zo’n modern hotel en geen verfrissingsmogelijkheid. Wij zijn eind september geweest en konden niet anders dan slapen met het volledige raam open om toch maar een beetje frisse lucht binnen te krijgen. En dan nog was het zonder dekens slapen en klam wakker worden. Wat moet dat dan in de zomer zijn. Nu was het toeristisch seizoen voorbij en de straten zijn dus rustig , maar in de zomer met de bars en eetgelegenheden aan de overkant van de straat. Vroeg gaan slapen met het raam open is er dan niet bij. Ontbijt Erg uitgebreid maar geen cava en spuitwater. De eerste dag moest ik eerst bijbetalen om spuitwater te krijgen , later niet meer. De t****e dag vergat men het te brengen Maar voor de rest goed ontbijt met veel variatie

Hotel op goede locatie vlakbij strand en hoofdwinkelstraat. Mooie kamers. Lekker ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel. Zowel de penthouse kamer ( met zonnig terras en ligbedden) als de moderne business kamer (met gratis parking) waren top!

We verbleven in de penthouse junior suite. Zeer comfortabele kamer. Top! Vanaf de receptie voel je je meteen welkom. Rustige hartelijke ontvangst. Mooi en heerlijk ontbijt! Vriendelijke bediening. Een echte aanrader. Place to be in Koksijde! 👍❤️

Our stay at Casinohotel was great. We were in koksidje for a bike race and stayed the night. The soaker tub and breakfast spread were definitely highlights. The room was also quite large for a European hotel.
