Odor in the bathroom was very strong. Linens also had a odor of sweat and need replacing. Wanted a bright room but when I opened the curtains there was a wall in the middle and small windows on either end. The room felt dark. Otherwise I liked this hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Nothing extravagant. Great location, just minutes from the station, lots of restaurants, markets, and shopping. It’s a bit annoying that people use the common area to set up shop with computers, monitors,etc,

We chose this hotel for a family celebration, yet despite the high nightly rate of ¥50,000, it appeared to prioritize style over substance, leaving us with a sense of inconsistency. On the bright side, the room boasted a spacious balcony, scenic views, and comfortable beds—features that might appeal to those seeking a retreat. - Dining: We had reserved a table at the lobby restaurant, but there was a glaring lack of coordination between our reservation and the staff. They struggled with menu details and serving, resulting in a disappointing dining experience. So we went to dine at a nearby restaurant outside of SORANO HOTEL, which offered better service and tastier food at a more reasonable price. - Service: Overall, both hotel and restaurant staff lacked hospitality. Their handling of tasks like check-in and check-out felt unpolished and unprofessional. However, there were a few exceptions, notably the foreign staff in the lounge bar, who provided exceptional service. - Eco-Friendly Concept: Despite promoting ”well-being” and ”eco-friendliness,” the hotel's practices felt inconsistent. For instance, the unlabeled and the unsealed water pitcher in our room, supposedly containing Fuji spring water, left us uneasy. Additionally, the bathroom's plastic cups were scratched and cloudy, lacking cleanliness.

The location is the best. The limousine bus from Haneda stops on the elevated road near the hotel at Kichijoji Station, so it was very convenient. It's about a one-minute walk. There are many shops in the area, and the bakery in front of the station is open early in the morning, so it's convenient for breakfast. The hotel also has good shampoo and conditioner, and the bathroom is bright and nice. There is also a water server in the hallway, so it was really comfortable. Even though I arrived much earlier than check-in time, they let me in because my room was ready. I would definitely like to use this hotel again next time.

The room and hotel life were comfortable. As for the meal, it is not inconvenient because it is near the station in the morning and night. I bought it in Queens Isetan over 1800 until the time I took the salad and the next day. I went to the fashionable cafe at Tokiwa Cape Roast House for a night walk. Morning is also in the hotel and there are 700 ～ cafe areas 々 in the morning. I was delicious with apple pie and cinnamon French bread in Andersen. The tongayado garden was near the hotel and I could glimpse the photos of the Mitsubishi zaibatsu's separate house and family on the premises. I received the key with the explanation as I contacted and was able to enter the room. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants, and it is about a 5-minute walk from the station. I was a son and ２ person, but I was able to spend ample and comfortable time. Also, I definitely want to use it when staying consecutive nights.
