Odor in the bathroom was very strong. Linens also had a odor of sweat and need replacing. Wanted a bright room but when I opened the curtains there was a wall in the middle and small windows on either end. The room felt dark. Otherwise I liked this hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Nothing extravagant. Great location, just minutes from the station, lots of restaurants, markets, and shopping. It’s a bit annoying that people use the common area to set up shop with computers, monitors,etc,

It wasn't impossible to walk from the station, but I was traveling with my elderly parents, so it was a little far.
However, the hotel room was clean and spacious, and the staff were smiling. The rice was also delicious.

The location is very good, and you can walk to Tachikawa Station in two or three minutes. There are coin-operated self-service laundry machines and dryers on the first floor. Walking distance from Chofu Station East Exit, there are many restaurants and convenience stores around. I used a deluxe single room for 1 nights. The bed was large and sufficient, but the room felt a bit small. The Wi-Fi communication speed was slow for the room, and it was inconvenient to browse the web and watch the video. What I think was personally good is that you can lend a blanket. It was a good blanket with a good touch and I could sleep better☆ Breakfast is available at the bar with the attached from 6:30 in the morning. In addition to the basic Japanese menu, there were salads, yogurt and tea pickles. It was not as luxurious as I heard it was a biting, but it became a good breakfast that became full.

The location is the best. The limousine bus from Haneda stops on the elevated road near the hotel at Kichijoji Station, so it was very convenient. It's about a one-minute walk. There are many shops in the area, and the bakery in front of the station is open early in the morning, so it's convenient for breakfast. The hotel also has good shampoo and conditioner, and the bathroom is bright and nice. There is also a water server in the hallway, so it was really comfortable. Even though I arrived much earlier than check-in time, they let me in because my room was ready. I would definitely like to use this hotel again next time.

Stay here if you are looking for peace, stay out of the city crowd (especially Tokyo, Shinjuku area), but you have to sacrifice some travelling time. We had a chill and relax trip, and really had fun throughout our 8nights stay here.
Hotel's receptionist can communicate well in English, but not to nearby shops/stores. No worries much cause simple English or google translate works well too in Japan. Hotel does provide self service laundry at 3rd floor (few hundred yens only to both wash & dry)

首都圏観光の際、大人2人と幼児（４歳、２歳）の計４人でツインルーム（24.2m2）利用しました。 室内については、当初4人では狭いかなと想定していましたが、洗面場所とベットルームの間の壁がなく開放的で、実際の平米より広く感じました（必要な時には仕切れるようロールスクリーンがうまく活用されていました）。 また、部屋全体に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。バストイレ別なのも良かったです。 部屋のカードキーが２枚いただけ、ホテル周辺へ出掛ける際も不便なく過ごせました。 フロントにコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、朝食も美味しく大変満足できました。 ホテル周辺には、食事処が沢山あり、ファミレス、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、アミューズメント施設（カラオケ・ビリヤード）等、一通り揃っています。ホテルの建物は複合施設となっていて1〜3Fに衣料品やレストランなどショップがあり、買い物も便利です。 アクセス性については、地下鉄有楽町線の始発駅に直結しており、都内各所への利便性が良いです。豊洲など臨海副都心へ一本で行けるところも魅力的だと思いました。 このホテルを選んで良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

It was a room on the Musashino line side. Even in the middle of the night, the freight train runs, so I can hear a little sound.

GGuest UserThere is a hotel entrance on the back side of Celeo through the ticket gate and it is quiet and good. I used it for the previous night with my mother's acupuncture treatment. The room and hotel life were comfortable. As for the meal, it is not inconvenient because it is near the station in the morning and night. I bought it in Queens Isetan over 1800 until the time I took the salad and the next day. I went to the fashionable cafe at Tokiwa Cape Roast House for a night walk. Morning is also in the hotel and there are 700 ～ cafe areas 々 in the morning. I was delicious with apple pie and cinnamon French bread in Andersen. The tongayado garden was near the hotel and I could glimpse the photos of the Mitsubishi zaibatsu's separate house and family on the premises. I thought I would visit again when I was in the autumn leaves with Miso Hagi tunnel, autumn flowers 々, waterfalls, ponds, bamboo forests, tea room observatory.

I received the key with the explanation as I contacted and was able to enter the room. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants, and it is about a 5-minute walk from the station. I was a son and ２ person, but I was able to spend ample and comfortable time. Also, I definitely want to use it when staying consecutive nights.
