Place is neat and clean. Toilet big and roomy. Room service starts at 7:30 am. Stayed there for a day

The staff were nice, they helped me to get an early check in which was much quicker than i thought i would be. The room with amenities provided were comparatively better than i expected. It's near to the kola r bus stand and snr hospital, also they have a very good restaurant downstairs. The only thing i had an issue with was the hot water in the morning. It was okay until night but early in the morning it didn't work.

Room was spacious and clean we arrived early and were offered early check in provided we do early check out as well which was fair enough but we opted not too we were quite surprised with the amenities as they provided toothbrushes as well which star hotels do overall a good stay note it's a vegetarian hotel so be prepared about the food part

It's a pretty decent hotel in the locality and it's well placed close to the bus stop. It only looks good from the outside the rooms are not what we expect from the price point of view shabby walls the tv doesn't work and stuff. Food in the restaurant is good. Would be excellent at a reduced price from the price point of view it's overpriced
