It’s decent hotel and next to us visa vac centre. It is best location for who are coming for us bio-metric and also 1km away to us consulate. Food is reasonable and staff is fine

I had a comfortable stay at the corporate hotel, kolkata. The location near park street was ideal for sightseeing and business. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to requests. My room was clean and well-equipped, though compact. The complimentary breakfast offered a good mix of local and continental dishes. The hotel’s calm ambiance and prompt service made the experience enjoyable. Minor noise from the kitchen was noticeable but didn’t affect the overall stay. For its price and central location, it’s a great option for short stays. I would consider returning on future visits to kolkata.

Stayed here for the second time. Biggest draw is the location. Hotel authorities know it, hence they don’t do badly needed renovations 🥲 Check in and out: smooth, could not get extensions of check out time, for 5 hour extension, was asked for 70% of the daily rate. Room: small with a big (King) bed, getting off bed is difficult, so is to put luggage Amenities: tiny coffe pouch worth INT 2, given 2 of those, what a joke Toilet: small, things falling apart Service: people are not trained except reception and doorman; people speak in very loud voice while making the room, think after 8 pm, when receptionist leaves, room boys take charge of the whole place, and that’s not good. Breakfast: did not include it this in my room rate, as great placed for breakfast in Park Street area, very cheap to expensive. Will I come again? Yes, only for the location. Despite the location advantage, owners should do some badly needed renovations, soon.🥲

I stayed at the hotel between 7thnov to 9th nova the towels provided were torn. I had order puri bhaji for breakfast and wanted to order extra puris. The waiter did not inform me that i had to also take the bhaji as i will be charged irrespective of whether i wanted only the puris. Further, due to some personal reasons i had to cut my trip short of one day. The marketing manager was very rude and refused to consider my request. He denied meeting me and said that he was not interested in meeting me and that he has nothing to do with me
