Smell was coming from room which was overwhelming otherwise it was fine and they can improve there room service as well

This club served expired beer and thereafter giving explanation that the beer didn't belong to them and the batch no doesn't match the stock lying with them.

The picture that is shown doesn't match the real rooms. Very dirty. &the rooms smells nasty. Immediately checked out. Whole money got wasted

Very good hospitality at club verde you will feel like you are at home. Only disappointment there won’t be any staff at night to answer your calls.

Rooms were smelling. Tried to put room fresher to cover the smell. When it didn’t, advised to keep ac on so that the smell will go off. I booked room with breakfast, but had to wait for 40 mins and then was informed that it will take some more time to serve breakfast. So i left without having the breakfast with a promise to not to come back. Management should take care and refund the extra money they have taken.

I got it booked for the first time. The property was cleaned nice and beautifully designed and we loved the food over there. It has many outdoor and indoor games which was amazing. The only trouble we faced during pool service, as we are not allowed to use thier pool without swimming costume and that costume are also not provided by the hotel as rent, we have to carry it ***** or go outside and purchase from the market. We also found behaviour of some staff was rude. Overall it is a good place to stay but need to improve their staff service. And they should also keep stuff ( like swimming costume for pool service and shoes for tennis game etc) for the guest who are going for the first time.

Nice atmosphere, clean rooms, friendly staff, suitable for my location to visit. Pool was also nice for family and ind.
