The staff members who were in charge of the program were very helpful and attentive. They took good care of the needs of our training program.food quality and proportion were good and served in timely manner. Overall the experience was good enough.

Was a corporate gathering of around 80,starting from Morning 11am.. Banquet for meeting was properly set up...Light was sufficient..Food quality for both lunch & dinner was excellent..Hotel has helped to arranged some unplanned requirements instantly during the meeting ..Staffs were very curtacious and helpful..Overall very good experience..

It’s was very good experience with sourav da and his team and pavan da also. That day I was too much enjoy with my colleague. I am appreciate that kind of service they give us. I really enjoy the food and starters . The food quality was excellent.

Astor is a good hotel but the customer service can be improved. Our room took around 30 mins to be ready which is a delay of 30 mins from the check in time. But all in all a good stay. But the customer service should be more prompt and should be improved.

Pleasant staff, good welcome. They accommodated us with an early check in without any ruckus. Everyone was welcoming. Rooms were clean and the food was great. I think i have found my definite stay here at the the astor.

Extremely pleasant experience for the stay at hotel the as-tor, kolkatta. The ambiance is truly heritage. Staff is courteous. Food is great. Worth staying for a business or personal trip)

Good place in the center of city. But food items pretty costly if you buy with in restaurant. Decent food quality and nice staffs
