The room is very clean
spacious rooms polite staff
many times we see smoking smell is all over there hotel but here it was not the case. Overall ambience is good

Property is at 1. 3 kms from sealdah railway station and easily accessible. Staffs are very helpful l and provide all needs including food.

Not maintained hygiene. Room condition is not acceptable by paying the amount. Lift condition is horrible, it may cause major incidents of not maintained. Staff's behaviour is not good. Overall very bad experience.
