The food is excellent and the chefs personalise your orders according to our requests. There's some maintenance work that created a lot of noise on one particular day during my stay but i hope that will not be a regular problem. There's also a high pitched noise from the ac in some rooms, and the bathroom walls are always wet probably due to the ac being fitted over it- this also makes the doors of the all rooms moist on the outside - the cause for these wet walls and moist doors needs to be looked into. The staff are very good, courteous and professional. The room interiors are compact and modern and i've stayed here twice and been quite happy with the room.

No invoice provided by them after checkout. Rooms are very dirty and horrible. Staff is supportive but room and bathroom are very bad

Well,had a great experience during our stay in Rituivy.The place of Location is quite good as, it is not much busy nd noisy as well.Very nice staffs with a good communication with due respect.For that hatsoff to u all guys🫡 specially i would like to mention our waiter,sorry that i couldn't remember his name but i can say the one who did the service(dinner) for us on 2ndSept'24 night(ie-Monday)He was really a nice staff nd have a good attitude with humble respect.ThankQ *** for nice service to us.We will definitely visit again specially for u👍🤘over all services amenities nd cleanliness,none of them to criticize nor to have any complains as well. Only just a lil thing i got a problem is that,i got allergic to Masala nd spices which was too much ingredients to all of the dishes i must say.So for that there's aproblem to my digestion as well.If can be less with all of those mixtures, iwould be much greatful.Plus one more,most of the food given to the room services are Indian wich are all spicy types.What ever i asked for the breakfast/dinner none of them were available, so i was quite upset with that.From the first day till our last stay i cannot have my fav dishes but that was ok.. hopefully to improve nd get more options with a nice nd delicious dishes for the next time👍 Apart of all, it was nice. I booked a premium room but the room allotted has no dressing table except one mirror on the wall. Further, tv and door lock was out of order. After request, tv was repaired after visiting of so many persons which disturbed me but not the lock.

Good hotel, rooms are clean reception staff is warm and welcoming chef could be more hygenic- saw the chef who brought food at breakfast buffet chewing pan masala

Hotel is not good, night have some customer dispute &to much noise create, due to sleep disturb. Food is also not good

Really loved my stay, room was neat & clean. Staff was very welcoming & done there job nicelly.
