Mimo rezerwacji na platformie, po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się, że zlikwidowali rezerwację. Nie wiadomo kto, nie wiadomo dlaczego. Z łaski dostałem pokój żeby przetrwać do rana. Luksusowy apartament, z zimną wodą, z zepsutym czajnikiem, śmierdzący papierosami. Śniadanie bez wielkiego wyboru, brak kawy czy herbaty, jesz trzymając talerz na kolanach. Odległość od centrum znaczna. Nigdy więcej. Nie polecam. Po wszystkim dostaję od nich maila, że nie pojawiłem się w hotelu, więc likwidują rezerwację, tym razem już na platformie do rezerwacji, wcześniej rezerwacja była tam wciąż aktywna. To już kłamstwo, bo spałem u nich 1 noc, mam dowody. Cancel jest tylko po to, żebym nie mógł napisać opinii na platformie.

Worst hotel ever. Not clean, noisy, (mosque next door), breakfast uneatable, room full of smoke, unfriendly staff, low water pressure, stains on the bed, electricity broken. No hair dryer!!!. So avoid this hotel. I booked this hotel because of good reviews on Agoda (3). It was a huge mistake!

Very Very Bad experience. The staffs are drunk and abusive. Don't come with family or friends. They go low to threatening. Guys don't come to this hotel. Just nothing is good here. No parking is there. They bluff and ask you to park on the road.

Extremely Terrible welcoming by Reception Staff, fully argumentative and undisciplined, they didn’t honour the price i paid on ***********, and demanded extra money, i also paid advance online through bookin, they didn’t let me checkin and forced me to call them,and booking sorted out the payment with them. Torn n worn bedsheets poor hygiene and list goes on. Just Don’t Book Please
