Good service

Very good hotel. The staff are very kind and above all very helpful, ready to help despite their respective status. The food is very good. Breakfast offers a wide range of food. I am vegetarian and I ate a variety of meals during my stay. As part of the Nawmi festival where the goddess Durga is worshiped, the hotel offers a wide choice of typical Bengali dishes in the form of a lunch and dinner buffet. The restaurant staff is wonderful. The valet parking service is also very good. Ritesh was an outstanding guide and he showed me some unusual places. I recommend him without hesitation because you feel very safe with him.

This is my fourth time in this property. Whenever I visit Salt Lake Sector V and need to stay, I stay here. Great food. Good taste. Courteous staff. Try the Indian meals for sure. They cook as per your requirements. Try the mix vegetable dishes. The desserts are a must try. The drinks are of different variety and well made. The ambience is very cosy and the music is not loud. Do visit.

The staff is lovely and cordial. Had a lovely stay for more than 15 days and the guys made it all smooth. The front desk and maintenance staff were prompt and polite and made our stay very comfortable. The location of the hotel is good if u are looking ro stay in sector V
