Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Ballygunge . The hotel was very beautifully done and staff was very responsive to our needs . Will definitely recommend .

Well food and good service by Khatija and she very polite nice place for everyone Plz visit all you ons I'm very happy to came hear Metting room is also very good I love that place The brfs at Yaya it's very nice I love to came again with my family Ons more Khatija is so sweet 😊😊

I really loved the ambience, service and the food at the YAYAVAR restaurant. The staff there was friendly, informative and really customer focused. I'd like to specially mention Khatija who always had a smile on her face and helped us with all our needs.

The hotel is fresh and new. The staff is very hospitatable. The breakfast in the morning is scrumptious. The whole team serving is terrific especially Khatija from the breakfast team took very good care of us. The sous chef did everything possible to make us comfortable.

Food and beverage were amazing - roasted chicken portions -if that can be a chicken breast / that will be a great change . - Really good service and ambience- POUNING & ARITRA were really supportive-around our all couse Plus we guys like tea at last of our meal but it’s served only on breakfast Hence that change also can be done .

It was an excellent stay. The staff was amazing and took extra care of us, including helping us from room to breakfast place every morning. Special shout out to Akash, Sohel, Anirban, Annika, Arita, and the chefs who attended to every need and query we had. Will definitely come back and recommend others!

It was a amazing experience. Sushmita and Talha were amazing. They really helped in serving delicious food. Rooms are really well maitained. The services were really good. The behaviour of the staff were really good. Chef Koushik Das really gave amazing pancakes. Overall it was a superb experience.👍🏻

I visited Yayavar for a breakfast experience. It was very worth it. Food was awesome. However, what made my experience the best was the people and their behaviour. I met khatija .sahil .roshan .eliza and they all made an impact in making my special day all the more special. Sriparna was the manager in charge and she was also very prompt in helping us with all our needs. The team went above and beyond the expectations. Would love to come back again to the property.
