I had a pleasant stay with a clean room and friendly staff. The view was also excellent, adding to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend this place for its cleanliness and great service.

Internal room to reception phone was not working caused lack of communication they are showing the pool facility but pool area was out of service and had no maintainance ac was not at all working properly we booked 3'occupancy still they haven't give m an extra pillow in a double bed room

Service was good but poor internet connection. At first we got room at 2nd floor which was not that good then exchanged for better wifi connection but during night time, the internet was terribly slow otherwise the service and food were good.

Smooth checkin, room was neat and clean, receptionist was decent, must visit, near to chinar park, easily can be found.

The rooms had very bed smell, the beds were not clean. In the whole corridor there is horrible smell of fish. One should not at all stay overnight.

Had the worst stay of my life ever. Being a chain property they don't even know the meaning of hospitality. The receptionist was way too rude. Even the local hotels can serve better than this. At such prices regenta inn is providing an unheygenic stay and pathetic food. Feeling really bad for trusting the brand name.
