It was really very pleasant stay with family, centrally located and easy to get cab facility for visiting different places at kolkata. Staff's are good and polite. Breakfast was limited verity but quality was good.

The hotel is in prime location and is having proper channels for commuting. However, i dint feel its value for money. Hotel staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast buffet was available and was good.

Non professional service by front office staff. Arrogance at peak none of our requests were taken care of. Rude answer to all. Delayed service. Worst behaviour.

We stayed 5 nights. Everything was good. Behavior of all the staff was good, except one staff, tall & thin, who was on the duty of breakfast. He was rude and mannerless.

I booked luxury premium room . The room was different from the photos. Keeping this aside all the other things are excellent. Centrally located. Very near from new market, esplanade and chand chowk all are walking distance. Breakfast buffet was limited but good and tasty. Price of food at the hotel is reasonable and also good and tasty. Rooms and bathroom are clean. The behavior of the staffs is also good.

Room were samller then breakfast was good with limited choices. Wash room were clean as expected and services of the staff was good and food was satisfactory.
