Enjoyed the stay Food was so delicious and mouth watering. They offer a lot of kerala foods and they're a must try. The staff were so generous and welcoming. They were always in need for us. The rooms were neat and tidy.... The boat ride offered by them through the backwaters was a memorable experience.

I’m almost 50 years old and I’ve never written a bad review until now. My family and I spent two months in India and had many experiences - staying at Munroe Island Lake Resort was the first time we’d wanted to go home! It was horrible, dirty and the *** on reception and manager were so rude and unhelpful. We have three young children in our family, who were all hungry and tired on arrival. When my husband (the most polite and gentle *** you could ever meet) tried to discuss a few things with the manager, he refused to talk and drove off aggressively leaving my handstands outside reception shocked. Please avoid this place especially if you’re tourists with children.
