Hotel All Season

Nice room, overlooking a lake. Breakfast included in the room - simple but very tasty. Staff friendly and welcoming. The best part of our stay here were Ayurveda massages! Absolutely spectacular. Anneka from the spa was incredibly professional and friendly - thank you for this wonderful experience

Nice stay. It was for Y's Men Internationals Area family meet. Rooms were well maintained. Neat and clean. Good view from room. Food was good . Staff service was good. Close to railway station but with backwater view and calm surrounding. Limited rooms but convenient.

Thank you for a really fabulous stay! Stayed with family, 4 adults and 2 teenagers in rooms with lake views. Robinson, the Guest Relations Manager was an exceptional help, always making sure our every need was fulfilled. The food was incredible, very fresh and extremely tasty, catering for every taste. The rooftop pool was an absolute highlight, the view and watching the wild life at dusk was magical. My only slight niggle were the bathrooms could do with an update. A wonderful stay, wouldn't hesitate to hook again .

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Service and setting is ideal for a relaxed stay. 2nd floor room had a wonderful view of the lake - lovely veranda for wildlife spotting in all weathers. We stayed 5 nights with our 2 kids, aged 12 and 9. All Season stay made their first experience in India so memorable. Robinson, hotel manager was so helpful all the way. He made a point of calling to the room, checking we took advantage of complimentary Ayurveda treatment at the wonderful waterside spa - well worth a visit. Robinson organised a brilliant Sunday boating trip on the Ashtamudi lake and backwaters which was magical for the kids. We are so grateful for his kindness and support, especially when travelling off season when things can be a little trickier to organise. Our first nights at All Season were arranged for us to attend a wedding of a dear friend’s daughter at nearby Basilica St Casimir. It was the perfect stay. We decided to stay on due to the comfortable family sized room, excellent house keeping and room service, lovely restaurant with really broad menu choice and affordability. All staff were so polite and friendly to the kids. They absolutely loved the rooftop pool! Such a fun and relaxed setting, again with incredible lake view. Such an excellent choice for a Kollam stay!

It was good. Gud experience to me. Service was exelent.

The room which i have received G8 Handicapped room and early morning AC has stopped function.we have requested the maintenance team to check henceforth they have try to fix they couldn't fix it.No one has apologised and we request to have late check out even with charges and they couldn't do that also

Our family's stay was very pleasant, and the staff was extremely cooperative. The breakfast was enjoyable, and we appreciated the houseboat service at a reasonable rate. The rooms are neat and clean.

Very courteous staff and the hotel was neat and clean. We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. I would recommend this anyone who wants value for money.

This property is well located facing Ashtamudi lake with very good view from the room. Excellent service provided by staffs especially Mr. Robinson, guest relations manager, who guided us well and took care of our special requests. Overall experience was excellent.
