When i stayed at madathil regency yesterday, i received a very comfortable welcome there. After searching many other hotels in kottiayam, i chose mathil regency on make my trip. The response of many hotels was very, very bad. Especially from bright hotel. I used to call all of them directly. That's how i searched on make my trip and found the mathil regency. I haven't had any trouble from there. I will make my trip choose again on such occasions and will suggest to others. Thank you. Sorry. I have not. I will try next time

Very poor service and arrogant attitude of the staff. Waited 40 plus minutes after ordering food and the attitude of the staff was terrible. We were so disappointed coming to this place. Understood that they are not customer friendly and everything was bad about here!
