Vhm Resorts Mahendravanam

I stayed with my friends for 2 days on 6th and 7th Sept '.23. I found that the management is very silly and unprofessional. When 5 of us took 2 double rooms, they did not even provide towels for each and said they will provide only 1 towel for 1 room and charge 50 Rs for extra towels. Unheard of in any hotel industry. Will 2 use the same towel? Even toiletries like just a cheap soap were given 1 for 1 room for 2 days. The complimentary breakfast is a insult to the guests because it was so cheap(just idly & pongal, no Vada or dosa )and even with out a coffee. No amenities claimed were available, ex. lifts. TREKKING, campfire etc was not available. They were having 2 rate card for the Mess and tried to over charge with a big argument. Even the Menu was not what we needed. Except chicken, nothing more was available. Even they did not have stock of Egg and Milk. So horrible and not worth what is charged. V.Ramakrishnan.
