Average hotel for a premium price. No ac in the rooms ( kolli hills is not ooty. No pressure pump for water). Food has to be ordered one day before. But the prices are reasonable. Windows don’t have insect nets. So you can’t open the windows. With no air you can’t sleep. Funnily they provide quilts. (for what i don’t know. Very small swimming pool maybe good for little kids. Staff are not professionally trained but nice people. Disappointing experience.

Stayed with my friend oct 31 - nova 1st. Pro's: accessibility to the resort. Road leading to this place is well paved and no issues whatsoever in locating or reaching the resort
reception staff very prompt and courteous. Helped us check-in even before 12 pm. Food (chetinad style) is very good, but spicy. Quantity is also quite good. No complaints. Best part is that we requested for food to be made available by 1. 30, n we got the food exactly at that time. Con's we took the deluxe room, size of the room was very small.

Stained bed sheets, staffs without masks. We did not complain as we were too tired to shift or change the room.

This hotel is pretty decent and clean. The rooms are good. Food was tasty. Not expensive. Good wifi. Big enough car parking space.
