Seaside Park Hotel

To begin with, the staff at reception were very friendly. Then we complained because there was a wedding two rooms next to us and it was extremely loud. We were told that it would go on until 4 a.m. I asked for a new room and said the noise and loud music was unbearable, and we were told no, there was no other room! I then called trip.com and complained. They then called the hotel and a very rude lady from reception called our room and told us to go to the other rooms... In the end, the customer really is just a bug. The staff usually only have their cell phones in their hands. If you have a question and have to put the phone away, you immediately pull a face. Basically the hotel was clean but the staff were rude, even in the restaurant....

Please note that all parking spaces in the vicinity of the hotel are paid parking spaces. This is not clearly indicated by the signs and you will be penalized if you do not pay.

after entering the hotel, the gentleman who worked at the reception - it seemed that he was not interested in me - was doing something on the computer; only after I said hello did he leave the computer - it was not a cordial reception; apart from that, the breakfast and the service in the breakfast room were definitely a plus; nice hotel - the occupancy was quite low, so it was quiet - which was very important to me.

Pobyt 1 dniowy, ale bardzo przyjemny. Hotel znajduje się praktycznie przy samej plaży, więc w zimowy mroźny dzień, nawet na moment w nieprzyjaznych warunkach każdy może zobaczyć jak pięknie wygląda nasze morze zimą. Pokój spory, czyściutki. Bardzo duże, wygodne łóżko. Z nakładką, aby nie było szpary na połączonyh łóżkach. Fajny duży taras. Śniadanie bardzo różnorodne. Zachwycona byłam ilością herbat sypanych do wyboru i kilkoma rodzajami miodu do słodzenia. Strefa saun i basenu otwarta do godz. 22 w weekend. Po wszystkim aż do godz. 24 można zamówić przepyszną pizzę w hotelowym barze, a wiadomo że woda wzmaga apetyt :) Obsługa recepcji przesympatyczna ! Gorąco polecam !

Bardzo miła profesjonalna obsługa, hotel tak samo jak pokój czysty spokojny w pięknej okolicy. A jedzenie zawsze pyszne, wszystkiego dużo nikomu niczego nie brakowało

Es war sehr schön, vor allem das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Schade war nur, dass man in einem nahezu leeren Hotel kein Late Check-out machen konnte, da das Zimmer angeblich weitervermietet war.
