Sehr unsauber, sehr unfreundliches Personal, Gefahr im Verzug stromkabel gucken aus der Wand. Fäkalien an den Matratzen. Wanzen und anderes Getier im Bett Wirklich unterirdisch.

Warto zacząć od tego,że wraz z mężem bardzo dużo podróżujemy po kraju i świecie.Mamy pojęcie jak powinien wyglądać pobyt w hotelu,który firmuje się jako 4 gwiazdkowy.Pobyt w pokoju (mowa o nr 121)wywołał ogromną traumę do dnia dzisiejszego.Wszechobecny panujący tam smród towarzyszył nam aż do powrotu w domu.Cuchnącym zapachem "przeszła" odzież,walizka,włosy.Nie dało się w tym pokoju komfortowo wypoczywać.Do tego widok z tarasu(balustrady brudne) też miał wiele do życzenia.W polu widzenia chwasty,zarośla i ogólny nieład.Jeżeli chodzi o restaurację i jedzenie.Tutaj kolejna porażka.Wszystko na najniższym poziomie.Brak jedzenia o określonych porach,obsługa nie dawała rady ze sprzątaniem stołów,tak więc siadało się przy brudnym,naczynia poszczerbione...ogólnie odradzam "wypoczynek" w tym hotelu.

Das Hotel ist für 2 bis 3 Tage ok. Das Personal wirkt stark frustriert, nur wenige finden mal ein Lächeln.
Schwimmbad ok…Sauna nur mit Badbekleidung? Für uns ein No Go!
Der Fitness Bereich war dagegen Klasse.

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist es völlig inakzeptabel: Es riecht unangenehm im Raum – vielleicht ist das eine Art Desinfektion, aber so sollte es nicht sein. Nur eine freie Steckdose am Tisch. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Tee, nur eine bescheidene Menge Kaffee. Auch das Messer fehlt. Es gibt keine Servietten in der Toilette. Die Tür zum Badezimmer sah aus, als wäre sie zerbissen worden. Das Frühstück ist nur am Wochenende mehr oder weniger normal. An Wochentagen gibt es eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Gerichten. Ein Orangengetränk ist nicht dasselbe wie Orangensaft. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Orangensaft. Man kann die Mängel lange aufzählen, aber es hat keinen Sinn. Vielleicht entsprach das Hotel einmal dem 4-Sterne-Niveau, aber das ist lange her. Das Personal hätte zum Teil ein bisschen geduldiger mit den Gästen umgehen können und nicht auf den überpünktlichen Feierabend fixiert sein sondern mehr gastfreundlich sein.

Great location , just 250m from the sea, You can relax in spa , go to the gym , play squash or swim in the pool / relax in sauna so there are a lot of possibilites to spend time. Actually there are a lot of hotels in Kołobrzeg but i felt the i'm paying normal money for quite good hotel.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig, eine defekte Hotelzimmertür wurde innerhalb von vier Tagen nicht repariert, das wiederholte zeigen von der Zimmerkarte und eines Hotel - Ausweises sowohl beim Essen als auch im Bade- und Wellnessbereich war wirklich anstrengend.
Reinigungsservice fürs Zimmer bestand lediglich im Wechsel der Handtücher und Bereitstellung zweier kleiner Wasserflaschen.
Nachdem das Kind einmal im Zimmer erbrochen hatte und der Reinigungsservice verständigt werden musste , kamen zwei Damen die ihrem Unmut über das Geschehene durch das permanente wiederholen polnischer Schimpfwörter deutlich zum Ausdruck brachten. Schlussendlich bleibt es ein kinderfreundliches Hotel mit guter Ausstattung , Abstriche müssen jedoch bei der Freundlichkeit des Personals und beim Reinigungsservice hingenommen werden.

This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples:
Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either.
The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33).
The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming.
The personel was not service minded and half of them did not speak neither English, nor German.
Not worth 4 stars if you ask me.
