"A very unfriendly lady at the reception silenced me with a raised index finger. I had to pay the tourist tax again even though I had already paid. When I said that I had already paid, I was told that the travel agent was a fraud. The pool area can only be used for one hour. There was a power outage and no one cared... Several hours... there are so many great hotels in Kolberg and then there is this one. The workmanship in the bathroom was awful, switches keep falling out of the electric mirror... When I reported it to reception, they shrugged their shoulders."

"Amazing hotel and amenities. Hotel is right by the water; wonderful breakfast is included. We found it strange that there was no room service besides cleaning out the garbage's. For the price of the room daily room service of switching out towel and making the beds should have been provided. Besides that, we had a great time!"

"The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long. The service at the main reception was helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the older lady serving at the Spa reception. The lady was rude, unpleasant and constantly complaining (someone walked in sandy shoes - bad, someone turned off the light in the Spa - again loud comments to customers). Breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious."

"Day1 Sofa bed falling apart, air con leaked all over carpet and fridge. Mended quickly to be fair, but left soaking towel on floor; water all over the top of fridge which was still plugged in. Asked for some ice for room- point blank refused- hotel policy! Offered to pay, told by bar to go to a shop at 10pm with nearest shop if open 25mins walk! Family booked 3 rooms for most of the week- shocking customer service. Food at dinner was average at best, smelt like a school canteen. Stodgy old fashioned food. The best thing was the bread and cakes! The thought of dinner for another 4 days is not very appetising! The location is great, next to the beach and they offer a variety of treatments which are not cheap"
