Tea bags and drip coffee are complimentary, with self-serve refills on the ground floor. Ice machine is on the second floor as are four washing machines, although these are very popular and usually fully utilised with a queue of people waiting too. Guest mix is mainly mainland Chinese and Hong Kongers with the occasional Japanese. There are many places to eat in the surrounding streets, including izakayas, Korean BBQ, Chinese, and many Indian/Nepali places. The restaurants/pubs can be quite lively at night with people spilling into the streets to eat/drink/chat with their friends. In addition to the big malls above the JR station, there is a Bic Camera and 100 yen store down the street from the hotel, many convenience stores, and a 24-hour supermarket and drugstore a short walk away.
