Clean and stylish rooms that are thoroughly cleaned, staff members who are attentive while maintaining a safe distance from each other, and beautiful and delicious kaiseki cuisine made with the master chef's taste.Always clean. The large public bath and open-air bath are well-equipped with towels and supplies. I enjoyed my first a la carte kaiseki meal and chose the menu, and the seasoning and presentation were perfect. Also, my husband is Italian, but he's not used to having rice, miso soup, and fish in the morning, so I asked him if he could switch to a Western breakfast if possible, and he kindly agreed. I had a Japanese breakfast on the first day, but my husband's Western breakfast was also very appealing, so I asked him the day before if I could have a Western breakfast on the second day, even though I knew it would be impossible. I was able to enjoy a Japanese breakfast on the first day and a Western breakfast on the second day. Not only were the colors and presentation of the ingredients beautiful, but everything I ate was truly delicious. Everything was perfect. thank you very much.

A well located ryokan (5 minutes walk from the town centre) that has multiple indoor and outdoor public hot springs as well as private hot springs you can book for an extra fee. While the building is modern, being a ryokan. the room I stayed in was furnished in a traditional Japanese style with tatami, fusama, shoji and even a tokonoma (though I suspect all rooms are like this). The facilities and extras Hatori offers (bar, bookable cafe, karaoke room, free taiko performance and free ice cream nightly) were really nice touches. What made my stay most enjoyable however were the delicious dinners (make sure to book your meals in you stay plan you wont regret it!) and staff. While only a little English was spoken all the staff did their utmost to make you feel welcome and provide for your needs. This kind of 'omotenashi' is increasingly rare and I wish I could have stayed there more than 3 nights. I will definitely be back.

It was a satisfying inn in terms of rooms, hot springs, meals, customer service, cleanliness, etc. In particular, the hot springs have a moist quality that feels like a lotion, and I took the open-air baths in the guest rooms many times. There wasn't anything special about the meal, but I was able to slowly eat warm food in the room, and all of them were delicious. Mr. Nakai's personality was good, and I was able to talk happily, and he was able to deal with allergies that I had told him in advance. It was good that I could move barefoot inside the inn without slippers. Also, I was grateful that the check-in time was 13:00 and I was able to stay until 12:00 the next day, so I was able to relax very slowly. Yamashiro Onsen itself is a small hot spring town, but this inn was a very comfortable time and space.

It is a large hotel near Komatsu Airport. I don't think it was built as a route inn from the beginning. Is it a famous hotel in the region? The greenhouse in the large bath was salty and I was happy to be close to Wakura Onsen. There are also fish taken locally for breakfast, which makes you feel like you came to Hokuriku.

I’m here now and want to write about my experience as it’s happening. I’m blown away at this property. The beauty, the people, the quiet…except for the waterfall which you hear if you’re outside. I have a balcony room. The AC is splendid! There’s a tub inside the large shower area. The shower water is a little weaker than I normally care for, but YMMV. Breakfast is a huge buffet with very nice options, all Japanese and all high quality. Both mornings, I’ve been served an amuse. Tonight I’ll try dinner for the first time here, and no doubt it’ll be delicious. If you opt out of housekeeping, they leave you a big bag of two each large towels, hand towels and bath towels. Housekeeping is as quiet as a church mouse. I arrived at the Kanazawa train station, and even though I knew that there would be a shuttle bus, and which side to exit from, I didn’t know which one was mine. This information is not on the website, so I’ll tell you that you exit on the west side, and upon exiting, turn to the right, where the group bus waiting area is. And watch for a bus that is white with an orange *****e on the front. One other word of caution. There are two hotels that are named the same. Just because you see the hotel name on the outside, that may not be yours. Do you want to be sure that the driver and the accompanying guide know that the one you want is on this particular street. It’s a really new hotel, as it’s only been open for about a year. I upgraded and got the lounge access and that’s been totally worth it! The afternoon suites are so stunningly gorgeous and there’s a cocktail hour also in the afternoon, but I think it’s really like three or four hours long. The staff speaks their English, but have your Google translate ready for words that they may not automatically know. However, I will say they are extremely eager to understand and please you. I highly recommend this hotel!!

I used it with my family for sightseeing in Kanazawa. It is close to Kanazawa Station and has a parking lot. The interior is beautiful in a new hotel. The unit bath is also very large. However, dust was conspicuous around the air conditioner and in the nanoe blowout. I want you to clean this area a little more. The air conditioner was a little bad, probably because the filter was also clogged. The staff 々 is very kind and comfortable. There was a deck where you could see the Shinkansen and conventional lines, and the children were happy. Breakfast is delicious, but the child who sleeps with the child does not have breakfast, so it is okay to pay, so I think it would have been nice if there was a little rice for children. I still want to use it.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe room is big, the bathroom is spacious, and there is an automatic dryer! It's new and clean! The location is great, the hotel is right outside JR Komatsu Station! There are many vending machines and comic books. Check in and check out are all self-service! I will come again~ Great stay experience!
And there is a charging cable in the room, which is very convenient!
It is also very convenient to go to the airport, just across the street from the hotel! It takes about 10 minutes to reach the airport!
GGuest UserI was looking forward to it because it was a new business hotel, but the walls seemed thin, and I couldn't sleep because I was worried about the sound of the next room hitting the wall. Did someone with such a habit stay? I'm not sure, but I hit it both in the middle of the night and early in the morning. Also, since the station is close, the sound of a freight train passing by echoed quite a bit during the night. It's no choice if it's an old hotel, but is it a new hotel, but is it like this? I was disappointed. Recent new hotels often have large communal baths and saunas, but it was a little disappointing that there was no one here. It was new so it was kept clean and the location near the station was perfect.
MMcNeilThis hotel was incredible! You are welcomed like royalty with a tea ceremony while looking out onto the beautiful garden. The rooms are huge and are simply incredible. There are two public onsens, one for each gender and if you want a private Onsen you can book that too. We are nearby in several really nice izakiyas which were fantastic. The younger staff, as well as the owner and his daughter speak English and one of the receptionists is Chinese. I can not recommend this place highly enough. If you want a really traditional ryokan and a relaxing stay just book this hotel. It is truly amazing!
DDodoandrobinThe hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax. The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful.
If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again.
Thank you for your service and Goodluck.
GGuest UserI'm staying at the Yukai Resort, which is color 々, so it may be because I'm used to the unique system, but the employees were more kind. Also, the children were very excited about ”Children's Village” and were playing until the last minute. How big is the room? ?? The children were playing hide-and-seek in about the size. There is a color 々 writing, but I think that's the case if you get used to the Yukai Resort system. Check-out is from 8 am in advance. The room was free to use until 12 o'clock. It was a very convenient system. There is also a children's playground in the restaurant, so the recommended time for meals with children is ”book at the first time” both morning and night. There was no New Year-like event in Corona, but it wasn't as crowded as it was, and it was comfortable. I think the free rental stroller that can be used in the building was also very convenient.
