We didn't expect much from the huge hot spring hotel, but it was a hotel that greatly exceeded that expectation. First of all, this hotel is basically run by people who understand the great hotel service spirit. I was satisfied with the hot springs, rooms, food, employee service, etc. The hot springs are large and clean, and we were able to experience the wonderful Japanese hot springs. The room was a Western-Japanese room facing the garden and was a beautifully renovated room. The food was delicious and we were satisfied with the quantity and quality. The employees were well educated and responded comfortably. However, I thought it was necessary to improve the fact that the air conditioner outlet on the ceiling of the corridor was dirty. We were able to discover a high-level hotel that comprehensively understands the hospitality of the hotel. We would like to continue to welcome customers who are looking forward to visiting Japanese hot springs and services.

The room is spacious, the service is great, the food is great, and the hot springs are great. There is a shuttle bus at the jr station, which is very convenient. Due to the cancellation of the flight to Komatsu, I changed to Nagoya, and I rushed to Kaga Hot Spring Station all the way. I just caught up with the last shuttle bus. I arrived at the hotel smoothly. I soaked in the hot spring and had a beautiful banquet.

We booked this onsen on line ourselves. We have travelled to Japan before and have previously experienced other onsen and accompanying Kaiseki meals. We were a little surprised at the location of the onsen. It was in the suburbs. But maybe that was our fault. The area around did seem to be run down. There were a few sad looking shops around. Some were closed. Maybe because of Covid. Maybe it is not geared for foreign tourists. The building is not modern. It had a faded glory about it. It is large and rambling. Our room /suite had a private outdoor bath. We were actually on the fourth floor. The tap to the outdoor bath would not turn off and was continuously dripping. It was outside so didn't bother us but should have been obvious to staff. Likewise the cladding on one wall was coming off and the tiny garden was scruffy and full of dead leaves. This was disappointing and not up to the standard of other onsen we have stayed at previously. The room however were spotless. All the staff were very good, from check in, to the tea servers, the waiters and breakfast room attendants. The ladies got to choose the colour of the kimono they would wear for the evening, which was a nice touch. The Kaiseki meal was served in the restaurant which had bamboo blinds separating the various tables. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and thought the waiter did an excellent job juggling the tables. The wine was reasonably priced. The breakfast was buffet style and had an enormous choice. Sadly we had to catch an early complimentary shuttle to the station so we just had a quick breakfast, and truthfully we were still full from the meal the night before. We did not partake in the free ice cream or public onsen so can't comment here. The small gift shop was adequate but lacking in nice little souvenirs of the area. So all in all we had a good experience.

It was a satisfying inn in terms of rooms, hot springs, meals, customer service, cleanliness, etc. In particular, the hot springs have a moist quality that feels like a lotion, and I took the open-air baths in the guest rooms many times. There wasn't anything special about the meal, but I was able to slowly eat warm food in the room, and all of them were delicious. Mr. Nakai's personality was good, and I was able to talk happily, and he was able to deal with allergies that I had told him in advance. It was good that I could move barefoot inside the inn without slippers. Also, I was grateful that the check-in time was 13:00 and I was able to stay until 12:00 the next day, so I was able to relax very slowly. Yamashiro Onsen itself is a small hot spring town, but this inn was a very comfortable time and space.

A hot spring ryokan with the atmosphere of the Kaga area, overlooking the Kakusenkei Gorge, the most beautiful valley in the Hokuriku region. Featured in the Michelin Guide, our ryokan offers a taste of the culture and history of Kaga, an old castle town that produced one million koku of rice, with nightly performances of traditional Yamanaka-bushi songs and dances and an interior that incorporates traditional crafts such as Kaga Yuzen dyeing, Yamanaka lacquerware, Kutani pottery, and Kaga mizuhiki decoration. Complimentary services such as homemade pancakes, Kaga pudding, coffee, Kaga stem tea, beer after bathing, carefully selected colorful yukata, and a private bath will add color to your stay. At Kissho Spa, one of the largest spas in the Hokuriku region, you can enjoy an elegant moment with treatments using local ingredients such as gold and silver leaf. For dinner, enjoy a kaiseki cuisine or teppanyaki course with seasonal ingredients served in Kutani ware or Yamanaka lacquerware dishes. You will be satisfied with freshly fried tempura and traditional Kaga cuisine with fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan such as snow crab, sweet shrimp, rosy sea bass, and Kaga vegetables, along with carefully selected local sake. We promise you a stay immersed in hot spring and Japanese style, with beautiful mountain stream views from the guest rooms, lobby lounge, and outdoor baths, and a rich natural environment that changes with the seasons, such as cherry blossoms, fresh green, moon viewing, autumn leaves, and snow-covered winter scenery. We offer a free shuttle service with 11 daily departures, which takes about 20 minutes from Kaga Onsen Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line and 30 minutes from Komatsu Airport. You can also take a local bus from the nearby bus terminal to Eiheiji Temple, the famous main temple of the Zen sect (about 50 minutes).

The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off at the station, and it can be delivered to the airport. This is very good. The hot spring is very comfortable. The room should be larger, and it will be more comfortable. The hot spring will be replaced by male and female soup every day. There is also a private soup to choose from. After staying for two days, the choices for breakfast and dinner are different. For dinner, it is still better than teppanyaki. The cuisine is obviously not as good as the previous one. The crabs in this season are very delicious.

I used it with my family for sightseeing in Kanazawa. It is close to Kanazawa Station and has a parking lot. The interior is beautiful in a new hotel. The unit bath is also very large. However, dust was conspicuous around the air conditioner and in the nanoe blowout. I want you to clean this area a little more. The air conditioner was a little bad, probably because the filter was also clogged. The staff 々 is very kind and comfortable. There was a deck where you could see the Shinkansen and conventional lines, and the children were happy. Breakfast is delicious, but the child who sleeps with the child does not have breakfast, so it is okay to pay, so I think it would have been nice if there was a little rice for children. I still want to use it.

GGuest UserCheck-in and check-out are unmanned, and the machine is placed on the other side, and the samurai and dinosaurs are projected. Because it is a new hotel, the room was naturally beautiful and the bed was soft. I felt that the room was a bit large, but the facilities are ordinary business hotels. The bath is still a bit large and there is a washroom. Breakfast was the first day of the Atsua baked rice, and the rice was delicious, but the problem was the second day. It was like dried or boiled cherry blossoms, but it was cold and I couldn't eat it. I had it warmed up, but it was still cold and hard, so I left it almost. I think there is a repeat, but I think breakfast is.

GGuest UserI was looking forward to it because it was a new business hotel, but the walls seemed thin, and I couldn't sleep because I was worried about the sound of the next room hitting the wall. Did someone with such a habit stay? I'm not sure, but I hit it both in the middle of the night and early in the morning. Also, since the station is close, the sound of a freight train passing by echoed quite a bit during the night. It's no choice if it's an old hotel, but is it a new hotel, but is it like this? I was disappointed. Recent new hotels often have large communal baths and saunas, but it was a little disappointing that there was no one here. It was new so it was kept clean and the location near the station was perfect.

MMcNeilThis hotel was incredible! You are welcomed like royalty with a tea ceremony while looking out onto the beautiful garden. The rooms are huge and are simply incredible. There are two public onsens, one for each gender and if you want a private Onsen you can book that too. We are nearby in several really nice izakiyas which were fantastic. The younger staff, as well as the owner and his daughter speak English and one of the receptionists is Chinese. I can not recommend this place highly enough. If you want a really traditional ryokan and a relaxing stay just book this hotel. It is truly amazing!

GGuest UserI'm staying at the Yukai Resort, which is color 々, so it may be because I'm used to the unique system, but the employees were more kind. Also, the children were very excited about ”Children's Village” and were playing until the last minute. How big is the room? ?? The children were playing hide-and-seek in about the size. There is a color 々 writing, but I think that's the case if you get used to the Yukai Resort system. Check-out is from 8 am in advance. The room was free to use until 12 o'clock. It was a very convenient system. There is also a children's playground in the restaurant, so the recommended time for meals with children is ”book at the first time” both morning and night. There was no New Year-like event in Corona, but it wasn't as crowded as it was, and it was comfortable. I think the free rental stroller that can be used in the building was also very convenient.
