Very Very expensive for a big room with NOTHING in it. NO fridge in a HOT city is pretty hopeless. Air conditioning is not even cool at all. It's like a fan.We tried 2 rooms before we just gave up. Breakfast is coffee, corn flakes and bread/toast. HA ! Milk is warm because there is no refrigerator in the whole hotel, not even in their non existent kitchen. My third visit to Labuan Bajo and my first and last visit to this hotel. Staff - So many staff but none are helpful or can speak English. The one and only good thing about this hotel is the view from room.

The lightest part of this hotel is it is near the airport, you wonโt never be late for flight. About 1km from there, there is an good restaurant named Taman Laut where you can have good meals and excellent view of the Harbour, perfect for a romantic dinner with sunset. But the amenities of this hotel is disappointed, no hairdryer. It's not really worth the money I spent.

The property is beautifully decorated and the private balcony offers a fantastic view and spot to watch sunset. As the name hints the property is located on a hillside which means there are a lot of steps. However itโs worth it for the view! It also means that amenities like water are hard to deliver, and we had to wait for more water to be pumped up- not an issue just something to note. Overall the property has a lovely rustic charm, but I would advise brining water or wine/drinks to enjoy on the balcony (there is a fridge) as the restaurant doesnโt have anything other than beer and itโs a bit of a distance to the shop. The staff were really kind & helpful with all of my questions. I would stay again ๐

Very recommended hotel, very clean, and great hospitality! Very comfortable hotel! Im go twice to this hotel, first time with my family, second time with friends, we are all so happy and enjoy our moment in this hotel, the staff also very helpful. Also they have a very delicious restaurant, we ate sei sapi and nasi goreng and also kompiang, the authentic labuan bajo bread, its very recommended also!

It was the third time stayed to this hotel during trip to Labuan Bajo. Our room had sea view and it was amazing view from our balcony especially during sunset and sunrise. But the TV Channel was broken till end of our stay which was very disappointing. The food at the restaurant also not so fresh. But the staffs are very helpful, friendly and fast response. It is a huge hotel with nice pool, beach and good location in labuan bajo. We noticed the hotel was growing since our first stayed in 2018. There are many rooms of improvement tough to consider Labuan Bajo is an international destination now. But still we look forward to having our next staying with LaPrima again in the near future.

We come from a terrible experience at the previous hotel. And the truth is that we were super comfortable here. We had a problem in the room with hot water on the second night. Seeing that the breakdown was serious and there was no quick fix. And they gave us the option to shower in another location where such a service was available. The pool is very good, and the staff is super friendly and they try to help you with everything we ask of them. The location is a little far from the port area, which is where the city life is. But in favor is that it gives a lot of calm and tranquility. I recommend it without a doubt if you take a motorcycle or transport. By the way, we had a motorcycle that they arranged for us within 30 minutes of our arrival at the hotel at the same price as what was available later in the city.

Felt like a hotel from the 1980s. Room was very nice as was the pool but a totally bizarre set of priorities with no eco / sustainable qualities. No place to refill water but instead if you ask for water they send someone one to your room with small plastic bottles. They replenish these plastic bottles each day. They give you new tiny plastic bottles of shampoo each day and wash the towels every day regardless of requests. Totally unnecessary use of energy and plastic. Breakfast is poor. Great number of staff there but seem focused on putting out stacks of plates ans cups correctly and often no milk available. No hot water so if you want tea you just have a pot which brews constantly and they just periodically add water too. In a country full of beautiful fresh fruit their breakfast fruit is not fresh and often covered in flies. There is so many staff they could just bring each person a little plate of fruit if they liked. Lots of options in the hot plate buffet but all seem straight from a frozen / package and not fresh at all.

GGuest UserOnce in a while, we need to getaway from hustle and bustle of the capital city. we always looking for tranquility and convenience. This resort offer both in manners that we have not experience anywhere else. First of all the location. it's not too close to the city center but not too far as well. still walkable but we find that having a motorcycle or car is a convenience. We can enjoy the unobstructed amazing sunset view from the poolside bar. The spectrum of menu from both the food and the beverages are amazing. I recommend the Sudamala Breeze and Ikan Bakar Sudamala (the sambal/spicy paste can be too hot for some) that for me they are the perfect pairing. My wife and my son loves the spa. they offer traditional massage oils. One thing that I love about the place is that it's located right in front of the nicely paved pedestrian path to the city (the stretch of the main road is around 5km and therefore 10km a loop) . I recommend to bring a pair of road trainer and enjoy the early morning jog!

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay in meuorah, the staffs were friendly especially mbak novi whom help us through our check in even showing us our room, we went for our honeymoon and the room was decorated very nicely, we got a welcome cake and it was delicious, the scenery in the lobby, the pool, the room and restaurant were phenomenal, it is an open space with direct view to the ocean with a lot of boats parking around. Overall an easy 10/10, will come back again if I visit bajo in the future

GGuest UserWe had a Studio room on the 3rd floor; which consisted of a lounge/dining/kitchen area, bedroom and en suite. This was very spacious and adequate. The kitchen had a hotplate, crockery, cutlery, tea/coffee facilities, fridge, etc. The lounge, dining, bedroom were comfortable. The bathroom was ok, seemed a bit dated; and the towels had seen better days. They also have a restaurant on the 4th floor, where you can sort out breakfast, meals and drinks The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also arrange airport pickup and drop off, if needed Location-wise this is right on the main tourist *****, with a lot of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby, along with all the tour operators, mini-markets, etc within walking distance Very reasonably priced as well

GGuest UserWe stayed in this hotel for one night either side of our Liveaboard trip (so two nights). Itโs cheap and extremely accessible for the port, so idea if you just want somewhere to sleep either side. However, the basic and superior rooms are almost entirely two different hotels. We initially booked basic, as the pictures looked fine, but these rooms were terrible. Incredibly small and dark, filled with mosquitos, shower didnโt work properly and the room was incredibly loud at night and right until the early hours because of the strangest disco which seemed to only have like 4 people in attendance but still played all night. After complaining about our room and asking to be moved to the new building for the second night of our stay (when we returned from our Liveaboard), where all the rooms were the superior ones, it was like a completely different hotel. Room was much nicer and all the issues were resolved. The price difference between the two was only small, so just donโt even consider staying unless you book the superior room. Breakfast was fine, fairly basic and nothing to get excited about, but good enough. Music over breakfast was strangely loud though.

GGuest UserWe booked two nights and stayed 6 nights. Contrary to most hotels, Sylvia hotel is situated at a nice stretch of beach. Around high tide there is excellent snorkelling right from the beach. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is quiet and most room have a terrace with sea view. The price quality is excellent. The only negative site is that it is 5 km from Labuan Bayo centre and the only transport is a taxi or the irregular hotel shuttle bus at taxi price. There only a few Indonesian and Italian dishes on the menu. The service at the restaurant is slow. There are no other restaurant at walking distance.

HHoo SanThe location of ECO Tree O'tel is very good because is in the middle of LBJ town centre. I booked for two nights. The room was very clean but very small, our ankle bruised as we keep hitting the bed legs when walking to bathroom & balcony. Functionality issues, the aircon was not cold at all (despite leaving it on the whole day), the windows & balcony sliding door can't close properly, tv remote broken & programme on local TV. I stayed in Rm 17 at level 2, one level below the restaurant. every night till about 1000pm (i think), you will be disturbed by the awful sound stools & chairs being dragged. Wifi to the room very weak, keep disconnecting.
The service staffs were very nice, polite and helpful but a lady in civilian (believed to be senior staff, cos the rest were in uniform) wasn't. When making enquiry in her presence during checking-in (in english), the lady heard & replied to the service staff in BI (instead of replying to me), saying something like it's standard to pay for extension & the 3 hours extension is 150K rupiah. The tone & body language was awful (maybe I am sensitive). I felt awful & offended.

JJordanVery beautiful resort! I would only recommend staying 2-3 nights because the price to make it back to the main island is quite expensive and you will runout of things to keep you busy here. We stayed at the sister resort Komodo in Labaun Bajo the first night to easier make our Komodo Island tour and the resort was more than willing to accommodate us. Also the manager at Seraya was very helpful in finding us alternative transportation that was cheaper to make our flight out to Bali.

The place in general is ok, the room is small but nice, the swimming pool is ok and the restaurant too. The crew is very very nice, we came a bit earlier (once again our airline moved forward our flight) and they let us stay by the swimming pool. The bad things were mainly two, the plug in spots of the room were all broken but one and the bathroom was a mess...the shower had no pressure, the sink wasnt swallowing, the toilet had no water at the beggining, giving us a nice surprise when it didnt work. In general was very good but this things made it a bit uncompfortable.

This place is magical... It's located on a hill, in the middle of nowhere with absolute privacy (not a lot of neighboring hotels), literally a few steps away from a beautiful Waecicu Eden beach... A few km away from the city, you won't hear any mosque prayer. Really calm and romantic. We would recommend this place for couples/families to chill. Careful though, accessible by boat with no strong wifi (but we didn't mind this at all). We also didn't have hot water but again, we didn't mind ;) The staff was super kind and warm. The reception/entrance/restaurant, at the bottom of the hill, in front of the beach, is big with many tables and sofas to relax. The room is quite simple but clean and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view. A lot of steps, so definitely not for those with weak legs. 100% recommend this place for couple or family getaway, perfect to relax and really romantic.
