The hotel is in an industrial area, there is no convenient living facilities on the edge, there is free parking, suitable for self-driving. The facilities in the hotel are not bad, the rooms are large and have simple kitchen equipment

We arrived at about 8 o'clock in the evening. There was no one at the front desk. Only a machine at the door could enter the password. We found it at the door for a long time before calling the customer service. After he informed the password, we tried the operation, but the weather may be too cold, only about -4 degrees. I tried it a few times and I couldn't sense it. I can't keep trying. I have to wait for the mechanical idle for about1-2 minutes before I can try again. After trying it many times, I finally succeeded (thank you Lord). This hotel should be family-style management, separated by 2 feet, one door is next to the door, and the other door is after entering the restaurant after a door, a little lost. Appreciation point: The room is clean and larger than other hotels. Although the food is not much for breakfast, there are things to have, and the taste is very good.

This is the best location for an exhibition venue or for use as a business hotel. The facilities and services were top-notch for business use, but as a Japanese person, it would have been great if there was a bathtub. (As for the shower booth, it would have been nice to be able to choose the spray pattern from the head.)

We went to see our old friends in Stuttgart-Wangen for the first time in two years (pandemics and politicians being what they are), and we elected to stay in the new Hotel BnB there. In the old days, this was the site of the Stuttgart-Wangen Autohof, a truck stop/fuel/hotel site, but it's been re-developed. Half of the site has become the BnB, a brand new bed&breakfast hotel. It's important to retain that idea, because they don't do anything else. The place is well-built, provides a most serviceable breakfast, highly adequate bedding and accommodation, but that's all it does. It provides wifi and cell coverage, quiet rooms, comfortable beds and controllable air-conditioning in a small space, but no room service or other meals. The reception will rustle up a pizza or similar if asked, and you can get a beer or soft drink from the vending machine. That's what they do. It's a comfortable place; bear in mind that the night-time temperatures were in the mid-20s C, daytime up to 36C, that air-con unit was worth it's weight in gold. In reality, if you want more catering to take back to your room, investigate the RAN petrol station next door. Their drink selection dwarfs my local supermarket, they have a bread baking setup for all sorts of breads, and you can live well for not much money. The thing that made this a complete, if simple, experience was the attitude of the staff there. Each one was enthusiastic and helpful, even when I came up with a wifi/macBook issue. The lead assistant tried and failed, the desk manager tried and escalated to his ISP, who failed. FWIW, I could take the thing (a M1 MB Air) down the road to my friend's wifi and all worked. The desk manager came in on a Saturday morning with his 4-yr old to try to sort things out, and I took mercy on him after an hour of much conversation with the ISP to state that I was on holiday and really didn't need laptop wifi in the hotel that badly (iOS and Android both worked perfectly). She shows much promise in UK political terms, as she learns her English from Peppa Pig, as does our Prime Minister Johnson. They were all helpful, all friendly, even after the wifi experience, and we'll definitely be back there.

This hotel had many issues. It was selected because there was a big event in Stuttgart at the moment, and most hotels were already booked out. When research was done, hotel looked quite nice online, and given the price at that moment was over €300 per night, believed that this would deliver on a standard business hotel experience. I was very wrong. The hotel is located in an industrial area, so there is almost nothing other than buildings around - no stores, no restaurants to speak of, just nothing. They don't even have room service in the hotel - which is a problem since they serve food only at breakfast. The rooms are very small and don't have even a desk or small table (just a single wooden chair in the corner). It would have been impossible to work from there. The desk person told me that normally the hotel charges €65 per night and in some months even €45, which is in line with what the situation was - not in line at all with charging several times that. Value not at all in line with what was paid, and not really suitable for business travel. The desk staff was not especially efficient nor helpful. When calling for taxis in the morning, they would hand off a card, or call, but several people were always waiting which led to conflict amongst guests. Very awkward. Though had any other rooms in the city been available, I would have switched (without hesitation) the one saving grace is that within a 5 minute walk there was a hiking trailhead into a beautiful forest area, with lots of paths which made for some amazing opportunities for a morning run. That is what made this stay tolerable, but would be unlikely to repeat a stay at this hotel.

Excellent hotel, clean, well organised and very friendly staff always willing to help. They have some toys for kids in the entrance. Conveniently located not far from the highway, and inside a new office complex with only pedestrian access so it is very quiet and cars cannot be heard. There room had enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids, very comfortable with a small kitchen and utensils. Will definitely book again if around.

Das Familienzimmer 261 war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Qualität der Matratzen ist dem Preis entsprechend nicht perfekt, aber reicht für einen kurzen Trip. Ansonsten treffen in diesem Hotel verschiedenste Gruppen aufeinander. Wir hatten Glück und konnten direkt vor der Tür parken. Der Parkplatz an der Straße kostet 10,30€ pro Tag. Das Frühstück kostet 9,30€ und ist für einen guten Start in den Tag komplett ausreichend. Man sollte auch hier keine Wunder erwarten. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt um die Ecke. Um Stuttgart zu erkunden würde ich eine Fahrkarte empfehlen. Ich hatte kaum Erwartungen und war deshalb nicht enttäuscht.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located inside the outlet. The location is exceptional and wonderful, making it very convenient for shopping. The hotel is stylish and trendy, with cool and friendly staff. Our room was also stylish, though the bathroom was a bit too small. Some might find the room a bit ”unfinished” due to the lack of paint or wallpaper on the ceiling, but I was okay with that as it adds to the industrialized style. The hotel is quite large, but both lifts are located together, so you might have to walk a bit to reach them. For breakfast, they have an exciting automatic pancake machine! However, there were many people at breakfast, and the food was not always enough, so the staff were really busy refilling it. Despite this, the staff remained helpful and nice. If you drive to the hotel, be aware that you might not be able to park in the nearest car park. There is a car park underneath the hotel marked ”Moxy Hotel,” but since you cannot reserve parking, it's not guaranteed that you can park there. However, the rates are the same if you park in other nearby car parks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit dem Seminaris Hotel Bad Boll teilen, das ich für eine kulinarische Reise gebucht hatte. Die Buchung erfolgte über mydays und beinhaltete eine KULINARISCHE REISE inklusive Frühstück für insgesamt 249 Euro. Leider verlief der Aufenthalt nicht wie erwartet und wir waren am Ende enttäuscht über das Angebot und den Service. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel wurden wir darüber informiert, dass das ursprüngliche Angebot nicht möglich sei, da das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht war. Statt dessen wurde uns das ”Hotel Buffet” als Alternative angeboten, das zusätzlich 29 Euro pro Person kosten sollte. Nach einer sechsstündigen Anreise und hungrigem Magen entschieden wir uns schweren Herzens, das Buffet zu nehmen. Doch die enttäuschende Auswahl und Qualität ließen uns fragen, ob es das wert war. Das Buffet bestand aus Bratenstücken, Backfisch und Käsespätzle. Die Salatbar bot Gemüse von zweifelhafter Qualität, das eher sauer als frisch schmeckte. Als Nachtisch gab es lediglich einfallslosen Milchreis und Kuchen. Für Kinder gab es noch nicht einmal eine abwechslungsreiche Option - nur Ravioli. Der Essensaal, der eher wie eine Kantine wirkte, wurde mit einer anderen Familie geteilt, obwohl uns zuvor gesagt wurde, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Das wirkte auf uns seltsam und wenig professionell. Da wir eine kulinarische Reise gebucht hatten, beschwerte ich mich natürlich an der Rezeption. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter versuchte, uns mit Angeboten für das Parkhaus und das kleine Schwimmbecken zu besänftigen. Doch das war nicht das, wonach wir gesucht hatten. Unsere Erwartungen waren nicht mit Parkgebühren oder Freizeiteinrichtungen verknüpft, sondern mit dem kulinarischen Erlebnis, das uns versprochen wurde. Daher bestand ich darauf, das zu bekommen, wofür ich bezahlt hatte. Am nächsten Tag verbrachten wir die meiste Zeit außerhalb des Hotels. Nach den beiden Übernachtungen fragte ich beim Auschecken nach dem Stand meiner Beschwerde. Doch zu meinem Bedauern geriet ich an die Empfangschefin, die gestresst und unprofessionell wirkte. Im Gegensatz zu dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter zuvor zeigte sie keine kundenfreundliche Einstellung und wies uns stattdessen die Schuld zu. Sie behauptete, wir hätten uns erneut an die Rezeption wenden müssen, um das Grillbuffet am Samstag zu erhalten. Doch das war keine Option für uns, da wir den Samstag bereits anderweitig verplant hatten und wir uns bewusst für die kulinarische Reise entschieden hatten. Was mich besonders enttäuschte, war die mangelnde Kommunikation und die fehlende Bereitschaft, das Problem angemessen zu lösen. Es schien, als ob die Beschwerde nicht ernst genommen wurde und uns keine angemessene Entschuldigung oder Wiedergutmachung geboten wurde. Stattdessen wurde uns noch einmal gesagt, dass wir das ”Hotel Buffet” für 29 Euro pro Person hatten, als ob dies eine akzeptable Alternative für das eigentliche Angebot gewesen wäre. The location of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is neat and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful at all times and the breakfast was excellent. But: When charging the electric car, a blocking fee is charged, which was not mentioned anywhere. In addition, the hotel charges a parking space fee. This does not meet my expectations of fairness and transparency.
