We stayed in the Transit Room at Living Suites for 4 nights in mid-September. Living Suites is a 5-min walk from the Naerum St bus stop. One can use the 150S bus from Norreport St and is a 40-min ride. It is an hour's ride to both Hillerod (Frederiksborg Castle) and Helsingor (Kronborg Slot). The Transit Room is in the Basement of the Hotel and is spacious. The sofa bed was firm and comfortable. However, the pillows were a little soft for our liking. The kitchen is well equipped. We did not cook in our room rather used the common kitchen. The common kitchen is very spacious and multiple people can cook simultaneously. The shower cabinet inside the room was fine and had enough space. The private toilet (right most one with the lock) outside the room was clean. The towels provided were very nice. We did not use the TV as we were very tired at the end of the day. Both check-in and check-out were both easy. Meny supermarket was 5-min walk from the Hotel. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend this to others as well.

I booked 18 nights here (1st half for vacation and 2nd half for medical treatment). There’s a tall guy at the receptionist who’s very kind and he made some arrangement for me right after I’ve told him my situation, gratefully appreciated. Somehow there’s miscommunication with another receptionist lady and I decided to speak to the lady manager instead, she’s very understandable and fix the issue quickly. Overall, the bed/linen is clean and comfortable for the price you paid for. I would recommend people who travel to Copenhagen with a budget or you plan a longer stay here, price per night is reasonable with simple and decent breakfast.

Nous sommes restés 5 nuits. C'est très bien situé. À 8 min du métro et facile d'accès. Bon restaurant vietnamien à deux pas. Par contre j'ai pris une chambre familiale pour avoir de la place et c'était très petit. Aucune place pour les 2 valises. C'était aussi un peu sale. La douche était bloquée au fond et les bouilloir étaient vraiment dégueulasses au point qu'on a pas osé s'en servir. Le matin on manquait parfois de vaisselle parce-que les autres mettaient au lave-vaisselle plutôt que de laver.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in late May 2024. You get the “new” feeling for everything given it is indeed just a few months in operation. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe residential area by the port. During the day, you can expect “some work” going on around the vicinity but it is fine in my opinion. The room is considered self sufficient (no mini fridge, no bedroom slippers, no phone with just a few hangers). It is of a reasonable size for one, max two persons. Bed and pillows are comfy. The breakfast offered is unlike the usual massive buffet range but is considered very decent and healthy. Question is how much can one consume over breakfast. Several cosy eateries and supermarkets are located within walking distance. You can also chill or catch some good sun by the boardwalk nearby where people swim and yoga inside the little hut. If you wish to save some money, you should take the train from the airport and walk around 10-15mins to the hotel. Otherwise, taxi from the airport to the hotel vice versa can set you back by DKK500/- just for your guide. Rental of bicycles are available at DKK150/- per day at the hotel (new bikes). Traveling to the city, one-way transport by either bus or metro would cost around DKK24/-. Lastly, you can expect to be greeted by extremely courteous, friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Location of the hotel is just few min. walk from metro station and it's 20 min. metro ride to airport. Breakfast was great. Hotel building is one of tallest building in the area, has very nice view of the city. Within 5 min. walk, a big city park offers running,jogging opportunity.

This hotel was booked for me on behalf of my company. The rooms were what one would expect for the price in Europe. My room was small but cute and clean. While it would not have been my choice (no AC, no elevator which makes baggage a challenge, very close to the metro which can make it quite noisy), my stay was made wonderful by Line at the front desk. She is the sole reason I rated this hotel as highly as I did. I checked in after a long day including a five hour layover and an eight hour+ international flight. I will admit I was a bit grumpy but Line graciously allowed me to check in early. Throughout my three night stay, she was consistently cheerful, kind and helpful. My co-worker and I asked for local recommendations and she put so much thought into it and wrote us a literal book of restaurants and bars that were a must. She even offered to make us a reservation at an establishment where she knew the owner. Line will go far in her career because she is an exceptional employee!

Nice modern little room. Did not feel small at all. Felt comfortable and relaxed. Perfect location for vacationing and to commute to wherever you want to be with all essential public transportation nearby. Close to variety of restaurants with variety of food to try and enjoy.

First time in Copenhagen and first time using a hostel with family. No worries as they love it, the hostel seems to be newly renovated and is clean and bright. Toilet/shower spotless with hair wash and conditioner supplied (actually whole hostel is spotless). Water still hot at 9:30am after a lot of shower use, have been in upmarket hotels that struggled to maintain hot water. Was surprised that the room was cleaned each day with fresh bedding and towels. Great location, buy the Copenhagen Discover card and it is super easy to get around, Metro/rail station within 5 minutes. We stayed for 3 nights on the first floor, we were not disturbed by neighbouring rooms as some said in reviews, yes the street is noisy with windows open, but when closed street noise vastly reduced. As it was warm when we stayed we had windows open (no air con) and still had a good night sleep. Nicely decorated ground floor reception and bar, comfortable seating and good range of beer/wine/coffee, also seating outside. The basement has a well equipped kitchen, pool table, games area on the left of the stairs and on the right of the stairs there are more toilets/showers and I came across another fridge freezer in addition to the kitchen. Would have no hesitation booking again when we return to Copenhagen.

Cheap, simple and clean, it is suitable for travelers with limited budget, and they have to take a car from the airport, so it is not suitable for travelers who fly early in the morning. There is no hot water bottle, and the pipe water for direct drinking is said to be drinkable directly!
