Das Hotel u. die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt leider ist das Restaurant am Wochenende, aufgrund Personalmangels nicht geöffnet. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so besonders.

Quite an odd feel about the place, not helped by the kitchen closing at 7.30pm and last orders at the bar half an hour later(it is nowhere near anything else), is it a hotel or bed & breakfast, we ordered a burger that was quite undercooked, I also ordered a double scoop of ice-cream, the wafer was soft and it cost €9 for the two scoops. The room on the 3rd floor was a good size but dated. Breakfast, after the burger I avoided anything cooked or dairy, coffee was ok though.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Mobiliar müsste dringend erneuert werden.
In der Beschreibung von ******* war das Haus rollstuhlgerecht. Leider konnte man das Haus nur über eine Freitreppe mit 8 Stufen erreichen😢

HORROR HOTEL. The "s-courtesy" of the staff: didn't assist me at all while I needed help to enter in my door, since I remain closed outside. I was accused to have broken it, at the end was left alone without having the possibility to speak in english with the locksmith (who speaks german only) who I had to pay. Trying to get a refund I was reported to have broken the lock, that obviously I didn’t… Last but not least, while coming back in this "horror hotel" I found the entire building without a light on, parking included, had to use a torch and almost fell in a hole. If you want to survive and save money, don't come to this place.
