My recent experience with Gefyri Hotel was disappointing, to say the least. I booked two rooms online through *******, intending to stay in May. However, due to an error on Expedia's part where the booking was processed for June instead of May, I quickly realized the mistake within minutes of booking. Immediately, I contacted Gefyri Hotel to request a date change or cancellation. The staff's response was incredibly frustrating. They were inflexible and unwilling to accommodate my request to modify or cancel the reservation, citing their policy without any empathy or attempt to find a solution. Their communication was curt and unhelpful, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer. While I did not personally stay at the hotel, this experience with their staff left a sour taste. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to assist under these circumstances reflects poorly on their professionalism. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at Gefyri Hotel, as they prioritized policy adherence over basic customer courtesy. Based on my interaction, I cannot recommend Gefyri Hotel to others looking for accommodations in Greece. Their handling of this situation was disappointing, and I advise potential guests to be cautious when booking with them.
