前台服務熱情友善，給人賓至如歸的感覺。位置極好，就在火車站對面（過個馬路就到），過一個天橋就是遊船碼頭。附近有景點、大型百貨店，各類飯店，超市（Müller）很近。酒店內部的裝修很復古很漂亮，房間的傢俱和衞浴設施都是老式的有年代感，但都維護得很好，很有質感也很好用。早餐也比較豐富且用餐場所很復古豪華。是很值得推薦，下次還想再住的一家酒店。

1874年建成的酒店，就在康斯坦茨火車站🚉的對面，一出站就看到。 設施：房間大約20多平米，背對🚉，很安靜。有浴缸🛁，水流很大；唯一的缺點：房間裏的Wi-Fi信號📶很弱，幾乎無法連接上。但是一出房間門，就可以順爽使用🫠 衞生：非常乾淨，讓人放心 環境：交通很方便，去碼頭⛵️、老城區，均可步行至。晚上在酒店樓下餐廳室外用餐，雖然就在火車站🚉對面，也沒有看到或遇到可疑人員🤭 服務：前台的服務人員很專業，入住時詳細解釋了鎖門方式，鑰匙保存，打掃要求等等，並主動詢問我們是否需要一份城市地圖🗺️

飯店是歷史建築 車站走出來就是 房間有點小但是設施都還能用 保護地不錯 這個小鎮在德國瑞士交界 走路就能去瑞士 可以在前台拿地區的免費一日通票 用於巴士+輪渡 就是班次不是很多啦

El hotel esta bien situado, tiene acceso a todo sin necesidad de coche. El recepcionista que nos atendió, era super amable y nos explicó todo bien. La habitación estaba super bien por el precio que pagamos. Lo mejor de todo es el desayuno, era espectacular y tenia alunas cosas Halal. Así que todo el mundo puede encontrar cosas para comer. La decoración del restaurante es increible, tipo las mil y una noche. Seguramente volveria.

Beautiful old-world elegance and first class service

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good value. Station is across the road and the harbour just behind that,so ideal for exploring the lake and trips further afield.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was fairly comfortable and clean however, there was a bad smell coming out of the shower. It was manageable by keeping the bathroom door closed. Being across from the train station was very convenient.

Magnificent breakfast in a magnificent moorish hall. Only 20m from the railway station. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed in August.
