Although staff are friendly I would hardly rate this hotel as 5 star. Mattress was so soft my back is still aching. No instruction on how to get hot water in the bathroom, so had at least 1 cold shower. The breakfast was nothing spectacular, whole fruits not cut. Not even enough for a proper turkish breakfast. We were not impressed.

14 Şubat için Tivoli restoranta geldik masa düzeninden tutunda menülere kadar profesyonellik sıfır ısıtma sıfır yani verdiğimiz paraya mı Yanalım yoksa özel günümüzün perişan olmasın ama üzülelim gerçekten çok kötüydü hiç yakışmamış koca otele eğer ki özel bir gün romantik bir akşam yemeği yiyeceksiniz ya da normal bir aile yemeği bile yiyecek olsanız kesinlikle tercih etmeniz tavsiye etmiyorum kebapçıya gitsem daha mutlu olurdum istediğiniz menüleri geç getirdiler ara sıcakları normal sıcaktan sonra getirdiler ne yapalım çok yoğun diye bir cevap verdiler

Perfect for business and pleasure. We like to enjoy as much as possible our business trips . This hotel is perfect fir this purpose because it is offering maximum comfort in luxurious building, large spaces with ottoman lavish decorations . The stuff is professional and friendly and the spa offers unique VIP hamam experience. We had very good dinner also in the hotel restaurant .

Hk oda temizliği çok yetersiz ve bu temizliği Lobby gidip söylediğimde personel yüzüme pişkin pişkin gülümseyip geçiştirdiler. Ama anarestoran da garsonluk yapan efe, Mehmet ve Fahreddin beylerin servisi ve güler yüzü harika .

Otele girişde muhteşwm bir ambians ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. Odaları ***et güzel ve estetik döşenmiş katileli malzemeler ile. Servis Departmanının da Kardelen Hanım'ın Sevimli Güler yüzlü ve yardımsever hizmetinden ve ayrıca Restaurant da Behsat Bey'in de ilgisinden dolayı çok teşekkürler. ***et güzel 2 gece geçirmemi sağladılar. Tüm personel bize güleryüzle hizmet verdi.Resepsiyondan,lobiye tüm çalışanlar çok kibardı,Çok teşekkür ederiz.Kahvaltısı çok geniş ve güzel.Odalar oldukça geniş.En ufak bir sorunda hemen ilgilendiler.Tekrar gelmek isteriz.

Konaklamamızda arkadaşlarım dahil hepimiz çok memnun kaldık.. Otelin lobisinde çalışanlar, girişimizde ve çıkışımızda çok kibar ve naziktiler. Özellikle Mehmet CANBAZ adlı personel çok ilgili davrandı bize karşı. Buradan da kendisine ayrıca teşekkür etmiş olalım :). Bunların yanında yemeklerin lezzeti ve ekstra ikramlarda bizi daha bir mutlu etti. Temizlik ve hijyen konusuna diyecek hiç bir şey yok. Bu hususta son derece hassas oldukları belliydi. Konya'da konaklama hizmeti arayanların daha iyisini bulacağını sanmıyorum.
