The entertainment team is perfect, with a very rich and varied program. They greatly contributed to making our stay memorable. - The food is incredible, with a wide choice every evening: seafood, fish, various meats, salads and very diverse desserts. - The hotel is huge, with many restaurants and bars, as well as a gigantic swimming pool. You can easily spend a week there without getting bored. - The location is ideal, with direct access to a heavenly beach. **Negative points:** - The rooms are basic, equipped with the bare necessities. The towels were very worn and old. - Some rooms are located very far from the elevator, which was a problem for our family, especially with an elderly person using a crutch and a baby in a stroller. Despite a request made several days before our arrival, no solution was offered. In addition, for such a large hotel with hundreds of guests, it is unacceptable that there is only one wheelchair available. This is very insufficient for an establishment of this size. - The smell of cigarettes in several areas of the hotel, particularly at the reception and in the lounges, is annoying, especially for families with children. Although several complaints were made to the reception, we had to insist for action to be taken. - The prices of the extras in half-board are exorbitant: a pizza at 40 dinars, a small glass of pine nut tea at 12 dinars, a soda at 7 dinars... Prices much higher than those of a 5-star hotel. Conclusion: 8/10 Despite some drawbacks, I have a very good impression of this hotel and I will definitely come back with the All Inclusive formula. The atmosphere is family, the service is impeccable, and the location is simply perfect.

The hotel is well located The calm is present as well as the tranquility. The only thing I complain about is the cleanliness of the rooms. The equipment in the rooms is a little old and poorly maintained! The bay windows are difficult to open to access the balcony (due to the lack of maintenance) The staff is very welcoming and helpful! Overall, I recommend this establishment.

Excellent hotel I recommand it

I had the best time here, the smell of the hotel alone was beautiful. This was a solo trip and my experience was 10/10. I had one of the best massages, the waiters in the restaurant really looked after me! The animation team was great!. I enjoyed the food, the beach was right by the hotel, the shisha rooftop was so cool, I genuinely had a great time. As a black woman I felt some stares but for the most part I felt safe especially as I was travelling alone. Communicating in English with staff members was the only thing I felt was difficult and the distance from Enfidha airport was over an hour. Other than that this is somewhere I could stay again!

The hotel reception is beautiful but the rest is pretty poor. For the most part the hotel is dirty and please do not take your own life in your hands and sit on the sofas poolside. The food is bland and about every 3 days it reverts back to what you started with. The staff..... Some are ok but since getting home my fiance has been constantly messaged asking for inappropriate images and videos of her. The beach is extremely beautiful. Don't waste your time paying for all inclusive as most of the hotel you have to pay for regardless of all inclusive.... All you get is 2 bars and a buffet restaurant that's it..... The beach and pool bars are pay only and spa and restaurants are pay only also. Evening shows are boring at best and all I heard from people is that they have upset stomachs including my fiance who spent 3 days in our hotel room unwell

I have vacationed many times in Egypt and Tunisia and this hotel is the most beautiful. The hotel has an exotic interior in African style, delicious food ... Regards to the chef. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the beach is beautiful. I would especially like to praise the animation team, who entertain guests with sports activities and show programs every day and evening. The talented animators really brightened up my vacation with the evening program and funny skits. Be sure to visit this hotel, you won't regret it.

Best hotel in Tunisia, with tasty food, beatiful beach, and the serves. The best in hotel is animation team with interesting show program with very talent animators, with lots of laughter, who entertain the hotel guests every day and make their vacation more enjoyable

A very nice Hotel with a good vibe and a wonderful beach. The food is also good. The animation Team is funny and super friendly. I can recommend for everyone to come to africa Jade thallasso and and have a wonderful Holiday. The bar and Restaurant have good Drinks and food.
