This was our first time in Kocaeli and we had our first accommodation experience at this hotel. All the staff (bellboy) who welcomed us at the door were smiling and helpful, and the staff at the reception were also devoted and loving to their jobs. A hotel I can recommend.

Hotel not suitable for conservative families

Temizlik, oda ferahlığı, kahvaltı, çalışan ilgisi her şey çok iyiydi. Özellikle denize bakan odalarda güzel bir keyif yapabilirsiniz. Otoparkı çok yeterli değil. Geç gelirseniz araba için ayrıca yer bakmanız gerekebilir. Başiskeledeki en iyi otel bence.
