The location is good, the clearness is good too, price not so expensive, the house keeper nice, front desk nice, but the staff for parking are lazy. Totally was not bad.

Hotel not suitable for conservative families I did not sleep last night due to the sound of the songs, there is a disco and annoying noises I called the reception and asked them to turn on the air conditioning and they did not turn it on. He said it was broken. I told him to change the room for me. He did not respond The bed is small and not clean, and the room is small

This was our first time in Kocaeli and we had our first accommodation experience at this hotel. All the staff (bellboy) who welcomed us at the door were smiling and helpful, and the staff at the reception were also devoted and loving to their jobs. A hotel I can recommend.

Service could be much better otherwise the hotel is fine

The room was very clean and fresh. Mr Abdullah was very kind and helpful. Special thanks to him. Me and my boyfriend had fun. There were so many opportunities in the hotel. The hotel includes swimming pool, gym, sauna. And all of these things are high quality.

Alright hotel, stayed two nights on a business trip and I got a room that had a nice view but left more to wish for when it come to cleaning. I found some insects in the room and it felt like they forgot to do basic cleaning since the visitor before me as I found hair left. The breakfast was big, tailored towards local taste preferences I guess. The staff was friendly and helpful. The AC would need a set of instructions but the overall quality of the room was OK. I thought it was VERY inconvenient to not be able to expense meals/drinks/services to my room to have just one final bill. For business travelers, this implies needing to report and expense several bills instead of just one upon check-out. Second, the food quality at the restaurant was subpar, to say the least. Once, I ordered a medium/rare T-steak. It arrived overcooked, on a bed of BBQ sauce (WHY?!), and it was the hardest meat I'd eaten in years, it was very disappointing. Third, the spa. I booked a 50min massage at the hammam. While I was there, there were 2 teen guests talking very loud, yelling, clapping on the water recipients, etc. I had to tell them myself to please be quiet, while I was covered in foam (this should be done by the person delivering the massage at the first sign of noise and disrespect), yet they continued doing their own show. Fourth, when I left, I looked at the clock and the massage had finished after 32min, when I paid for 50min one. Fifth: The coffee machine at the buffet is old and delivers only water when you press the coffee-vanilla option, and for the rest of them it's an unsavory, watery diluted coffee. Totally not what you'd expect from this sort of hotel. The only good think I found during my stay were the premises, which are new and tidy. I don’t think I would come back.

Great hotel, nicely located, immaculately presented and clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and food selections. The new Gulf pool bar was also very nice with great service and drink selection.

Hotel did not inform me that there is music and noise in floor 5 where I was staying in 4th floor and couldn’t sleep that night. Also buffet breakfast was way below average and hot beverage was not up to expectations when I talked to staff they said take it or leave it.

Enjoyed our stay, bed was too soft and uncomfortable pillows. But overall the hotel is nice and the staff were all very kind, helpful and spoke English. Abdulla the bell boy was always eager to help and make our day run smoothly.
