非常不好的體驗。以前住過幾次，覺得優點就是安靜，無裝修味道。
這次住發現幾個問題
1.頂燈開不了，服務員來也無法處理。
這個我不用也能湊合，反正就一晚上
2.床頭櫃上面有污漬，估計是誰吃了東西沒擦乾淨。
這個我讓服務員拿張a4紙墊上，也能忍
3.攜程下單，賓館竟然無法按所附金額開水單，真匪夷所思。
這個無法解決。最後找攜程出的水單，賓館蓋章。
總之，下次再到庫爾勒有其他選擇儘量不選這個了。

酒店比較舊，衞生紙要打電話要才可以，2024年8月3號晚上回到酒店我打電話問前台的時候，前台的人給我説的。唯一一點就是早餐還可以。

沒有拍照記錄，但不得不説家人出行到庫爾勒，我住銀星酒店。交通位置非常好，酒店服務周到，千萬不要嫌棄裝修老，那是健康，不要用自己的肺去感受體驗新裝修風格。老四星，標準化服務肯定行！
