It is still okay. In the city center, there are two large supermarkets next to it, countless restaurants, post offices, and shops, which are very convenient. Breakfast is not as diverse as the star hotels, but it is acceptable. There is free wifi and drinks in the lobby. The staff is very welcoming. Towels can be borrowed when going to the sea. You can walk from the surrounding attractions, go swimming in the park for about 40 minutes, the scenery is good, not too tired. In short, it can be considered.

The bed is super comfortable. Really like. And clean. Really good. It's just that the breakfast options are a bit small. The most important thing is the bed. I'm so comfortable. I want to ask the boss where I bought it. I really want to buy one.

Looking for a resort for your wife and family to hang out in the day while you are out diving then this is not the place. Go to Cove. Looking for a resort that has a poolside bar and big western bar /restaurant /lawn /buffet then go to Cove. HOWEVER, if you want a special secret place that is 1/3 the price of Cove and a great place to sleep while you use your hotel arranged $50 /day car rental then stay here! The hotel is local and smaller so it is a great place to sleep at night with good size breakfast and plenty of free breakfast coffee. It is similar to Cruise Control Diving Center, which Leo, Shell Hotel Manager, helped me find and actually drove me to. I wish I could have given him a big tip! CrCont Diving is Japanese tailored, English speaking, Japanese traveler and Western traveler place that is larger than Sams and Fish&Fins, yet not as well know outside the Japanese tourists. It is less than half the price as the others and all the dive places use the same 500 hp boats and go to German Channel, the Big Hole and Blue Corner etc. (The three biggest sites). How did I find out about it? Leo from Shell Hotel personally took me there! Getting back to Shell, it was great. I lived the clean Balinese interior. There was no mold, no bugs on the floor and modern toilet, shower and sink that are even better than my upscale home in the USA. I have not written a review of a destination hotel before. I did this because I owed travelers this inside only special gem of a place that charges so much less and isn’t on the Google searches. I wish they would put this on Google Maps or the Apple Maps that comes with the iPhone. That way more people would know about it. Yes, they rented me a car for $50 per day including insurance. They took me to Cruise Control Diving. I hadn’t heard of them before either. I did put some pictures of Shell on this review. Again, Shell is not the place you will want to hang out at all day. It is a more local hotel that is a great place to lay your head at night. It is priced lower because it is not a resort. If you want to go to Palau and need a super clean and helpful staff, oh yes, did I say 1/3 the price of a resort :) , then this is the place to stay where you won’t feel ripped off. It is like a B&B but your own and not in someone’s house. In it’s category I highly recommend it 10/10. The staff will give you all the inside knowledge of Palau and take you to locals priced places. Overall satisfaction, breakfast is partial to Japanese, from being at a loss to coping with ease, and then becoming more and more adaptable, there are a lot of children, the hotel has its own small beach, you can snorkel, but there are too few fish, I will still go Priority is given to the Old Master Hotel! The price is more affordable. The parking lot is free, and there is also a laundry room. In short, on this island, I am tired of diving back. The Royal Hotel gives me a very warm feeling! Also, it would be better if I had a small teapot for breakfast, lest I go and add water again and again

I stayed at Antelope Guesthouse for my one week stay in Palau. I will start with the good things. The accommodation did pick me up from the airport as agreed. The host was nice. My room had a view. The air conditioning worked well. Most of the accommodation I didn't like. It isn't in a great location, right by the big industrial petrol storage tankers. When I first arrived the swimming pool was empty with no water in it. It took them a few days into my week stay to fill the swimming pool up with water. The swimming pool was very small. There was no steps to climb into or out of the swimming pool. The area looked quite junky and untidy around the swimming pool. Uncomfortable seating around the pool. I had a single bed room. The bed wasn't very comfortable and gave me a bit of a sore back. I could hear noise from some of the other guests in other rooms close by. They had a shared bathroom which was very small. The bathroom didn't really have anywhere to hang up your toiletries or shelves to put your clothes. Just a very basic bathroom. Overall, I didn't spend much time at the accommodation as I didn't like it very much. I wouldn't stay here again if I return to Palau. I would only recommend this place if you are on a strict budget and can't afford anywhere nicer. I would give the place a 2 star rating as there were still a few good things, but overall I was disappointed.

The hotel is good, because of the flight, it arrived in the morning, so I didn’t arrange the event on the first day. I decided to stay at this hotel. I can sleep and play for a total of six days. My family is two big and two small, the child is eight years old, the twin bed room is set, and the two children add 10 dollars for one night, including breakfast and practical bath towels.
