We shifted to the hotel from another one in the early morning before we went for sea activity. We saved our bags in the front desk. Hotel staffs were very friendly and gave us towels for sea activity. After came back to the hotel, we found our room was arranged at the third floor with rock island view, which was great and worthy of the money. The room was spacious and very clean. There was even an elevator for going up to the floors. Though the breakfast was somewhat simple, but it was enough to us. We loved the warm memories at the hotel.

The location is very good, in the center of Palau. It is very close to restaurants, and there is a large supermarket not far from the hotel, which is said to be the largest supermarket in Palau.
Although the hotel is not big, it is very clean and the staff are very proactive. I forgot a piece of clothing when I checked out and even sent it to my next hotel.

This may be the nicest small hotel I have ever stayed at in my 45 years of traveling.
The staff are great, so friendly, so kind & they WANT to take of everything you may need! I will stay here again on my next trip.

This hotel was super central in Koror and easily walkable to many dining options. Hotel breakfast was good and service was excellent. We found the staff to be super helpful with our questions and miscellaneous requests. Would happily stay here again

We stayed here for three nights before a 12-day dive trip, and again for one day prior to our flight out to Guam. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, they took such great care of us. The room was spotless, beds super comfortable…breakfast daily served downstairs. The adjoining Canoe House resto/bar was a great spot to have a drink and a bite. The staff here is lovely. They helped us with dinner reservations, transportations, and even car rental for a day. The location is perfect for getting out in Korror, and it’s still very quiet. Loved the view from our room of the pool and the island greenery. Really, this place is a gem in the heart of Korror, and we cannot recommend it enough. Hopefully, one day we’ll be back to Palau, and we’ll definitely stay here again! Sulang!

This hotel is well located and offers a very satisfactory level of service. The highlight is it reception staff who areincredibly efficient and delightful – most of them are from the Philippines – they knew what I was doing before I did. Plus other staff were fantastic as well. My room was satisfactory for the cost – $US200 a night. The downside was a somewhat musty smell and a very loud hall air-conditioning unit placed just outside my door plus a TV remote that didn’t work unless you were literally right in front of the TV. But apart from that I was happy with the room. The included breakfast was good I thought. The hotel was able to organise a rental car for me which was helpful.
