Very good hotel, there are several supermarkets at the door, you can sign up for a one-day tour of Milk Lake and kayaking at the hotel

Well, the location is okay, directly at the Main Street in Koror, with small shops, a shopping mall and food stores nearby. The Staff was very friendly & accommodating and the airport pickup service worked perfectly.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, whilst the simple equipped Oceanview Room is spacious enough for two, but I doubt the ocean can be seen nicely on the lower floors.
Overall it depends what are your expectations, if you are looking for a hotel to sleep, have breakfast and spend all day outside for diving, snorkeling, excursions, the hotel may be okay, but it’s a bit pricy for what you get.
But if you are looking for a place to spend your day for relaxing & chilling at the pool / beach, it is definitely not the right place.

The decor is a bit dated with lots of glass and shiny surfaces -- think 80s glamour -- but the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful (as was everybody I encountered in Palau). The hotel caters to Asian tourists so the complimentary breakfast may seem a bit lacking to westerners who are accustomed to basics like yogurt, bacon and even orange juice. The wifi was better than I've experienced in some urban hotels, and while the shower took a while to heat up, it did eventually.
While it will ultimately depend on availability, I was able to get a late checkout to 6pm for half the daily rate. There's a luggage room if you need to store your bags between check-out time and your flight.
The hotel is right on the main ***** so you're close to restaurants, the post office and other amenities. There are no beaches or parks nearby though, so you're limited to the pool if you want to go swimming.

All staff are friendly welcoming and attentive, trying to make me feel at home. Rooms are spacious and amenities are well prepared. Located in the center of koror so bars, restaurants, shopping centers and convenience stores are in walking distance.

Lots of pros and cons on this trip - things have definitely changed since my last visit. Firstly - the staff are lovely - they do go the extra mile to assist requests. The rooms are clean and well-sized, great mattresses, linen and pillows. The rooms are insulated, so loevly and quiet, with good airconditioning, waterflow and hot water. Sadly the food and beverage side of things have fallen somewhat. Beverage orders take a long time and the quality of breakfast buffet/dinner is nowhere near where it was prior to Covid. I hope this is only a current issue and things improve on that side of the business, as this was a lovely place to stay in the past!

I stayed 2x during a Dive adventure in Palau.. and this hotel was a perfect choice.
Plus.. a great Sauna and Steam room

It was comfortable, except for the fact that the bath towels still smelled like the pool and that breakfast was not prepared first thing in the morning. As of January 2024, the amenities are as follows: toothbrush (with toothpaste), razor, bar soap, shower cap, cotton swabs, slippers. Bottled items: shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body lotion. Cockroach spray. It would have been better if this information was available somewhere.
