This hotel is quite weird. I booked a double bed, but when I got there, they said there was only a single bed. It was 11pm, so I had to call Ctrip to handle it. They found a room. Finally, I found a room. I went upstairs and searched for a long time but couldn't find it. Two kind French people helped me find a room. The layout of the rooms on that floor is terrible. If there is an emergency, I will be dizzy for a long time.

Leider sind die Zimmer alt und es stinkt, die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit ok, Lobby reception sieht gut aus man würde nicht denken das die Zimmer so schlimm sind. Frühstück war gut außer der Koch , sehr unfreundlich, die Kellnerin hat vergessen was guten Morgen sagen bedeutet und kann leider auch nicht lächeln. Alles in allem würde ich nicht empfehlen für den Preis.. Enttäuschung

Dit hotel was onze thuis voor een citytrip Kortrijk. Het hotel vonden wij klassevol en gelegen op een ideale locatie. De bar is knap maar kan zeker op zaterdagavond zeer druk zijn. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en zeer lekker. Kortom wij vonden dit een aanrader!

Had one of the tastiest cocktails ever here. "Apple Sour" made by Edgar, a super friendly Armenian young man who serves everyone with a smile... in Bar Jules in Parkhotel Kortrijk. The address for fun in the center of Kortrijk for years!

Warm and multilingual welcome. Pleasant general atmosphere. The room has a fridge, mini-bar, coffee machine and flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the room. Large room, good bedding, large bathroom - very clean. Excellent breakfast. If you are gluten intolerant or vegan, you will have no problem finding what you need. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar and a wellness center (not tested). Parking on site (15 euros/night)

Lobby, bar ok, rooms outdated, a pity that the renovation of the lobby and bar has stopped from the moment you step in the elevator to go to the rooms, it's like going back 20 years. Rooms are more like 3 stars. Staff generally very sober, not exactly cheerful.
