We really enjoyed our week at the end of October 2024. The staff, in general, were very helpful and friendly and this was the last week of the season. If you like to experiment with Greek type food then that’s ok, if not then there was other “plain” food to choose. The pool area is rather beautiful with lots of surrounding palm trees. I found it best to take ear buds and listen to your own stuff rather than the beats coming over the PA. The rooms are comfortable and we had a fantastic shower. The beach was literally at the end of the hotel drive, from there you could see amazing sunsets. Easy to hire bikes etc from Steve’sbikes.

So good I’ve been twice this year and both times it’s been a delight. As a world traveller this little hotel just manages to give you the most relaxing and lovely stay. The staff and the food deserve special mentions. Now whilst there seemed to be a hard core element of people who complained about the food I really don’t understand how anyone could. Beautiful, imaginative, GREEK salads, grilled fish, chicken and pork, fries if you want them, vast amounts of varying local dishes, moussakas, Italian beef lasagne which was fantastic, beautifully cooked and every one of them delicious. There was always something for everyone. The salad bar is just fantastic. There’s olives, different cheeses, dips, herbs, oils, gorgeous fresh fruit. Now if you’re one to eat only a trashy British diet of chicken nuggets from Iceland you might find this plethora of healthy, Mediterranean food a challenge but that’s on you, not this hotel. I actually heard someone had complained about this. My, how I laughed. The desserts were just lovely too. Plenty of choice at every meal and you have to try that innocuous looking jar of orange rind in syrup. I might have eaten quite a bit of your supply. Sorry, but it was toooo good! Ok. On to the rest of the hotel. Rooms are lovely. We did have an issue where the drain was blocked. It’s down to those pesky nugget eating Brits who can’t be arsed to put their toilet paper in to the bins and throw it in the loo. No. Don’t do that. The drains in Kos are more genteel than ours at home and can’t cope. Just wipe, fold it up and pop it in the bin. Notices everywhere. No excuses or you make it unpleasant for the next person who stays in your room not to mention the poor guy who has to clear up your mess with great rods and a lot of Greek muttering. I felt quite ashamed on their behalf and it certainly wasn’t me!! Yes there’s no lock on the bathroom door in your room but unless you’re holidaying with your prude great aunt I think you’ll be fine. The pool is fresh, clear and lovely to swim in. The entertainment is there but not so much you feel you’re being blasted. The lounge area is comfortable and stylish and I particularly love outside the lounge where you can sit all day if you wish. Every evening there is a beautiful sunset. You can easily walk to the beach, swim in the sea. In an hour you can walk to Kos but the easiest thing is to hop on a bus at the end of the drive for 2e or a taxi ordered from reception is there in minutes and costs 10e. It’s lovely being away from the centre of Kos. It’s so peaceful but you still have great options to travel further and explore, which you should. Congratulations staff, on all you do. Your patience and your welcome are always noted.

We stayed here in September 2 weeks of wall-to-wall sunshine. from morning till night was hot We had an apartment that looks over towards turkey, beautiful sea views, lovely mountain views, the beautiful sunset every day was amazing. Even though the hotel was starting to wind down for the season, James and Jess our animation team kept us entertained, Jess with her morning stretching & aquarobics every day, which I loved and James with his darts, volleyball amongst other things, Jess & James are both very engaging and kept all the guests entertained with karaoke and bingo they make a good team with endless energy. The bar staff was brilliant around the pool lifeguard was brilliant. The hotel was clean. We met so many fantastic guests at this hotel, while we was there for the two weeks it felt like we were just one big happy family enjoyed a two week holiday together. It was amazing thank all.

I echo what Alan has said, and feel sorry for anyone arriving during the last week of October. Food and food options were definitely not as shown in some of the photos from August. They ran out of lots of things and it appeared that they just gave up as it was coming up to the end of the season. Entertainment was either bingo or Karaoke with only two reps one of which couldn’t be bothered to wear their entertainment outfit and was either sat vaping, drinking and watching the football or asleep on one of the settees. Kids mini disco was only on certain days so would have been disappointed if I had taken young children. No lifts so had to lug cases and maids seemed to just swap dirty bedding about rather than change it, they also moved your belongings so things were never where you had left them. As others have said, hardly any hangers and only two plug sockets in the room one of which that was no where near the kettle and the other bed so although I’d taken an extension lead we still struggled especially as there was three of us

The rooms were dated but overall ok , having read lots of good reviews we decided to go to this hotel, 1st day food was ok, but then it just went downhill it was awful ,If u like salad this is the place for you. There was only chicken on the bone or pork meat wise or terrible sausage. I know it was the end of season but surely they shouldn’t run out of food which they did. Vanilla ice cream, butter, they ran out of wine in pool bar ? This is an all inclusive. I travelled there with friends and every night I cleared the plates of our table while the waiters stood watching it was awful. They ran out of bread 1 night. The entertainment was basically karaoke every night and other acts were advertised but didn’t show up. We complained to TUI rep but was basically ignored. The pool was filthy and wasn’t cleaned. Apart from that kos was a great place.

We got this hotel at a bargain price. We were aware that the location was poor with nothing really in walking distance. Kos town 40 minutes walk. There is a nice little bar called the white pearl at bottom of road leading to hotel, this offered a welcome change of scenery on an evening if you don’t fancy the entertainment or going in to town. Getting to Kos town very easy on bus or hotel will call a taxi which is 10 euro. The food was what you would expect for a 3 star hotel, restaurant was ok and could always find something to eat. Snack bar poor and smelt of grease. The all inclusive drinks were very good and better than some 4 star hotels we’ve been to. The hotel and grounds are well kept, spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The weather was amazing for time of year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Room- very basic , clean , but you can hear everything from other rooms , bathroom door is see through so no privacy If anyone is having a shower on the same floor you can hear it . Toilet flushed in the night you can hear it . Nowhere to store clothes if there is more than one person in the room as they only provide a handful of hangers , Don’t get fridge filled at all during your stay Food - very minimal options If you like salad and rice and chips then your okay, there is always something to eat bur again not many options , only one restaurant- you get your own drinks too Beer wine Pepsi water lemonade Diet Pepsi There is a pool snack bar 12-4 Again just salad really not many options It’s a small complex for a all inclusive Entertainment - worse I’ve come across tbh Just 2 people sing same song around a pool every morning then disappear for a few hours , then do volleyball and football that’s it for the day Kids songs at night and karaoke every night Again extremely loud can hear word for word from our room ( floor one ) so if you want a early night you won’t be getting one WiFi - no complaints it’s quite good Most expensive price I’ve come across for late check out wanted 75 euros for 6 hours Between 10am and 12 there is no all inclusive food available . Bus is 2 euros each way to the centre of kos right outside the hotel 10 euros by taxi ( reception will book this ) Would I stay again ? No probably not Is it a 3* ? Yes definitely Pool isn’t heated Good standard size With a children’s pool . Security - there is none No cctv anywhere No security on entrance No wristbands. Lifts - there is none at all So if you do struggle I wouldn’t recommend it Staff won’t help lifting cases to the room Reps - none existent the only way we would find out about stuff was asking other guests There is nothing around the area Only kos centre 10 mins away Which is bars and restaurants and boat trips .

This hotel ticked every box for what we wanted on our holiday. Small scale hotel compared to the large resorts. Room clean and comfortable. Staff great , friendly and helpful. Bus outside the hotel, 10 mins and 2 euros to get into Kos. Food was lovely with a great choice every day. Always something new to try.

Very nice hotel no difficult to get to know where everything is in it due to not been a big size . Rooms are OK, bit outdated but I've heard that's getting addressed . The food is great can't complain about it , good choice tastes nice. Pool is OK plenty of sun beds , reception helpful to. Television is a waste nothing English on it . Bed is really comfy. Getting into the town itself is easy, bus stop right outside the hotel , 2 euros to get there very cheap and easy . The only complaint I have is one of the cooks / servers at dinner time on the grill meats part is so rude and miserable will try get a photo of him . Rude to majority of customers, snatches the plate off you if your not holding it at the right angle etc , you say thanks to him he just looks at you stupid. If you don't like working with people Mr Cook go sweep the streets on your own out of the way of tourists .
