Super big hotel. Very nice surroundings, staff, service, pools and beach for adults and kids as well. Location wise - far away from the city, no walks in the evenings, only option is a bus

Voor het eerst zijn wij in dit hotel en op dit moment zijn wij er nog. Helaas vinden wij het voor een 5 sterren hotel en voor het geld wat je hiervoor betaald teleurstellend. Er is maar heel weinig animatie, op het programma staat elke dag om 12 uur waterpolo in de Residence pool, maar als je daar om 12 uur zit dan komt er helemaal niemand. Ik ken andere 5 sterren hotels waar veel meer gedaan wordt. In Nepiland is er een waterpark voor de kleintjes, maar de sproeiers van het water staan bijna de hele dag uit, ze gaan in de middag heel even voor ongeveer een uurtje aan. Wij vinden ook dat voor ons dochtertje bijzonder weinig georganiseerd wordt en dat ze maar weinig betrokken wordt. Eerder deze week zaten wij in het theater naar de voetbalwedstrijd Duitsland-Schotland te kijken en de bediening was erg onvriendelijk, ze vroegen 3 keer of wij wilde betalen maar wij hadden al 3 keer duidelijk aangegeven nog een cola en een biertje te willen. Na ongeveer een half uur kwam het eindelijk. Toen wij betaald hadden liepen wij het theater uit en werden wij door de man die meermaals zeurde of wij de rekening wilde betalen terwijl wij nog een cola en een biertje wilde bestellen aangesproken of wij wel betaald hadden bij zijn collega, zien wij er onbetrouwbaar uit? Ook vinden wij het eten niet gevarieerd, het is veel het zelfde (Pasta, Patat, kebab enz) De volgende keer dat wij naar Kos komen zal het niet meer dit dure hotel worden.

9/10. Everything you would expect from a 5* star resort! Made my first time in Kos very welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable. Our room was clean with a fantastic sea-view overlooking the Olympic Pool and gardens. All staff were so helpful, always with a smile! I particularly enjoyed the AquaGym sessions in the Residence Pool led by Aly (I think). The buffet has a fantastic selection and the onsite restaurants were all delicious! There is a Greek Night held at the Taverna restaurant with great entertainment! Overall would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the resort. Everything was well organised, events, restaurants and pools, everything was lovely and clean. We had a lot of fun on holiday. It is well located...near the airport and also near the town of Kos.

I have never stayed in a five star hotel and if they are all like this I'd be happy to pay the extra pennies all the time! It was really luxurious and comfortable, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and there were about 4 swimming pools and different sections of beach with a different vibe. Really loved it. Took windsurfing lessons while there and they were great. Close to the airport. I hired a car from the hotel one day - very simple - and visited Kardemena, Kefalos and Tigati and did not regret my decision to stay here. Was with a friend. I sometimes travel solo and in that case might prefer to be somewhere I can walk out of the hotel and be close to bars etc but the feeling of this place being like a safe sanctuary added to the 'escape' element of the holiday. Would recommend to anyone - couldn't fault it and felt genuinely sad to leave.

Great resort. We had an issue when we first checked in, however, it was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The room we had was very modern and clean and in a great location. The facilities were superb, with a large number of sports options readily available. Great Tennis courts, football, mountain biking, archery and Padle tennis. We found our stay very relaxing and will hope to return soon.
