Hotel didn't have all necessary kitchen amenities.

It was a perfectly clean room, and very nice people work there! Also, it was great as a location. Definitely recommend it, we know where we will stay our next time in Kos :)

Lovely place!! Rooms were clean and then cleaned everyday with new towels. Very spacious area within rooms. Staff were all very friendly, welcome and helpful! Location couldn’t fault it! A few different ways you can get to the harbour, old town and beaches (both directions) around a 10/15 minute walk. Lots of restaurants near by with a corner shop just down the road and a large supermarket 4 mins walk down the road. Only down side -a number of sunbeds provided around the pool area however you have to play musical sunbeds to chase the sun around pool side - we ended up going to the beach everyday (10/15 minute walk away) but that didn’t bother us as we then enjoyed the beautiful sea. Would stay again!

This hotel is a hidden gem Last night tonight after a two week stay and could not fault this hotel This place is spotless with such friendly staff. A big massive thank you to Yuli for changing our room to an apartment on request. The apartments are huge with excellent facilities and a very large comfy bed Elias and the bar staff are an absolute credit to the hotel with the friendliness and amazing cocktails. The hotel is very central to the harbour approx 7 mins walk with loads of restaurants and bars, however there is also an excellent steak house behind the hotel which is very good and even delivers takeaways if you fancy a lazy night in. The beach is also within a short walking distance Would highly recommend this hotel.I have stayed in 5 star hotels that have been no way near as good as this place.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at The Anastasia Hotel & Apartments. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was an amazing experience. Top service from everyone from the owner to room service,bar, reception and also the very dedicated pool cleaner. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. New modern clean boutique style rooms ... fantastic large beds and so comfortable. Loved the walkin showers and the built in supply of shampoo...shower gel and moisturiser. Bigger rooms even have coffee machines with pods. The hotel is so close to town..around 10 mins walk and easy to get back too. The breakfast and bar food is nice and the meat comes from the must visit restaurant attached to the rear of the hotel. You need to book there but it is superb and worth every euro which in fairness for the quality is not expensive. Thank you everyone what a wonderful experience for which as a team you should be so proud of. I would so highly recommend this hotel.

A fantastic place and a very warm welcome from all the staff. Wonderful people, the hotel is spotless and the housekeeping is perfect. It was a unique experience and it certainly wasn't the last time there!! Can wait to book for next year !!!!

Rooms are very dated with broken tiles and damp all over the walls, pool not cleaned with sun cream white bits and flies etc (dead) in there for days on end, beware of the tourist tax as this is classed as a 4* somehow and you’ll pay 7 euro per night but not until you check out as this isn’t asked for until your last night, we had a piece of paper stuck on the door with tape informing us.

Stayed in Anastasia for 10 nights. On arrival we were given a small room, we had booked an apartment, the rooms were all fully booked, the reception staff did try to help out but nothing could be done as fully booked. We were given a kettle, toaster etc to make our stay more pleasant. All staff inc bar staff, Elias, cleaners and reception were brilliant. Rooms- room only, very small rooms, had to store our suitcases in the shower and move them everytime we showered. The shower head would not sit in the shower holder and spun around the bathroom on several occassions. Room has aircon which is brilliant. Only 1 bedside table and one lamp at the side of the bed. There is a mini fridge in the room which is great for milk, cold drinks etc. Rooms cleaned daily, towel and bedding changed whenever you requested it. The cleaning lady was superb, really lovely. The bar area and pool are lovely. No fighting for sunbeds. Pool bar food is really nice and resonably priced. As stated Elias is fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. Location- brilliant location, just a 10 min stroll to Dolphin Square were you will find multiple bars and restaurants. The area is beautiful in the evening when all the boats are lit up. Again just a 10 min stroll to all the beach pubs/restaurants were you can eat then sunbathe using their sunbeds for free. Highly recommended is the Sunburnt arms, delicious food and wine and lovely staff. We would go in the morning for a proper English breakfast with coffee and fresh orange for €10, then use their sunbeds for the day. The beach at the beach bars is lovely, its more pebbles and shells than actual sand, the water was lovely and warm and the views amazing. Supermarket- large cheap supermarket just a 5-7 minute walk away when you turn rightout of the hotel. There is a restaurant located on site that cooks the best steaks, this gets very busy and is best to book first All in all a brilliant stay. Highly recommended.
