Peaceful and friendly hotel. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers. Always space at any time of day. Good restaurant and bar. Plenty of choice and good prices. The homemade traditional dinners were absolutely delicious. Mamma Clairy can really cook. Little buffet of salads on the side every night as well. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Lovely balcony with chairs, table and useful clothes horse. The bathroom lets the room down as it's in need of a refurb and it's very small. But it served us well and the shower was great. The main downsides to this hotel is it's a long walk from restaurants and the village. The beach is about 15min walk away and there are two mini markets on the way. Also, we didn't like the breakfast. The only fruit they had was watermelon which I hate. Plus, no pastries or hot food. By the end of the holiday I didn't bother with breakfast at all. Also, you need to bring your own towel. There is no hairdryer or iron. Plus air con and a safe are charged extra.

This is our 4th trip to Bouradanis. We absolutely love staying here. The family are so welcoming, they are just wonderful. The hotel is in a quiet location which was perfect for us and there is never any concern over getting a sunbed unlike other hotels. As per usual Clairy made the most delicious meals every evening. Our daughter's partner came with us this time, his first time and he absolutely loved the scrummy meals. Every night there was something different, such a variation. If you are looking for quiet laid back holiday, this is the place to come. Don't expect entertainment, you have to make your own. It's a good walk to the main supermarket but it will keep you fit (approx 25 mins) and the local beach is approx 10 mins away. We hired bikes to cycle into Kos town, definitely worth a visit. We also hired a car and did a whistle stop tour of the island. We will definitely be returning again, already missing Dimitris Mojito's. The Whiteley family. x

My husband and I have returned overnight from a 10 night holiday at Bouradanis Village hotel. We were shown to our newly renovated bedroom/beautiful bathroom by the lovely family owner Clairy on the night we arrived. We were given delicious pieces of Spinach filo pie and sweet newly picked grapes. After a really warm night we paid 7 euros per day for air conditioning (well worth every penny) Location is as advertised, 10 mins to two small shops and on same road 15 mins to beach. 2 sunbeds and parasol and 2 included cold drinks 10 euros on a beautiful beach with mountain views and a lovely breeze. Breakfast was for us perfect, cold meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, thick creamy homemade yogurt, six homemade jams, bread rolls, salad, melon (picked from owners field) juices. What more can anyone want? Dinner, 4 courses including excellent salad bar and home cooked by Mama Clairy daily. 😋 Delicious, varied and for us exactly what we signed up for .... genuine Greek cuisine cooked with alot of heart and soul. All family members work extremely hard for their guests and we loved them all for their efficiency and kindness. The pool area is beautiful, sooooo peaceful. We will return next year and highly recommend

Everything about our holiday was perfect! The hotel was lovely, the location was quiet and partly remote but that was what we wanted. The owners who also run the place were friendly and helpful. The best part was the food! The owner made us delicious, fresh three course dinners every night😃! Not your regular half board with all the buffet etc but it was different in a good way and we really enjoyed our stay! Be aware you pay €7/ night for the AC but this is in the small print so you may miss it and it will take you by surprise like it did us!…but once we got over that we did not mind at all. Overall, can’t fault our stay.

Well.. where do I start! This place is absolutely amazing, stunning views and very friendly helpful staff. The food is so delicious and cooked fresh every evening by the staff here. My first night here unfortunately I was very unwell with a bug (nothing to do with the place or food) and the staff were very helpful and looked after me! I was given a warm drink on the house to settle my stomach and fresh fruit as it was all I could eat at the time. One of the evenings I couldn’t get out of bed, the staff brought me food to my room when they noticed I hadn’t been down for dinner due to being unwell. I think this shows how helpful, kind and thoughtful the staff are here. They are an amazing family and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Oh also as it was mine and my wife’s honey moon we had Prosecco and heart shaped brownies in our room on arrival which were also homemade and DELICIOUS. There’s so much more to be said about this place that I can’t put into words. If you are already here reading this review then get this place booked you will not regret it trust me! Bouradanis - from me and my wife, thankyou for an amazing friendly stay! We will see you again hopefully soon.

This is a lovely small hotel run by a nice family who all work together to make your holiday a very relaxing experience. Food is excellent all prepared by Clairy. We visited 2021 and 2022 and would highly recommend it. We didn't hire a car and had a 15mins walk to the beach and the bus stop was just a 5min walk if you like a night out Tingaki is nearby and Kos Town is just 25 mins in the bus. The hotel is a lovely base for touring the beautiful island of Kos.
