An excellent budget hotel in the heart of the town.
Everything is walkable from here.
Reasonable sized room, although the bathroom is small.
My room on the second floor, had a furnished balcony with a distant view of the mountains.
The breakfast is basic but OK.
The staff and hotel cat, are very friendly!

Kamer is meer dan netjes, elke dag schone lakens en handdoeken. Airco op de kamer (zonder betaling) en zorgt echt voor een goed verkoelde kamer! Het balkon is ruim genoeg voor 2/3 personen en er staat een tafeltje met twee stoelen. Het ontbijt wat er bij inbegrepen zat was daar in tegen wel wat matig (keuze uit plakken brood, ham, kaas, honing of Nutella, gekookte eieren waren bruin van binnen en er stond Skyr met ontbijtgranen. De eigenaar is een vriendelijke man die leeft voor het hotel en klaar staat waar nodig. Alles is op loopafstand (strand, haven, restaurants en supermarkten). Wij komen hier zeker weer terug.

Hotel a few steps from the nightlife of Kos, family run. Breakfast included (minimal but decent) rooms always clean and linen changed regularly every 2/3 days. Room a little small for three and shower with curtain only flaws. Air conditioning excellent.

Nice, cozy small hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough for a wonderful stay. There is air conditioning and there are safes (both for a fee) There is a good atmosphere in the hotel. Stay includes a simple, but tasty breakfast. A very friendly owner and staff. I come back here regularly and with great pleasure. The hotel also has a favorable location with respect to the beach and the center.

What to evaluate in a hotel if not the quality-price ratio? So the Dmitri Paritsa hotel has several cards in its favor from this point of view. Good accommodation with a new and clean room and, a rare case in Greece, a renovated bathroom (even if with the everlasting shower curtain) and free air conditioning. Very basic breakfast but, again, for about forty euros, sufficient. Excellent then the location and free Wi-Fi. Recommended.

Excellent hotel within easy walking distance of the beach and the port. Rooms are very comfortable and cleaned every day. The staff are friendly and breakfast is good. Was a very safe area for walking around exploring the town.

A good hotel. Friendly owners and staff! Room and bathroom clean, bathroom door could be better left out because of the limited space, really small but for a week good to do. Spacious balcony, air conditioning rent separately, breakfast meager, better to find another place for breakfast. Close to the harbor, location of the hotel is perfect and everything easy to reach on foot. Parking car no problem.
