What an amazing holiday! I was lucky to have a room with a sea and pool view, and the sunrise each morning was simply breathtaking. The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The continental breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the snack bar had delicious options at very reasonable prices. The resort itself was beautiful, and there were still plenty of places open to explore. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning!

Average hotel, be aware if you go in October it is very breezy and the pool area is not shielded from the wind. We used rhe pool at the sister hotel Kris Marie. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful just one young women at the bar looked liked she couldn't be bothered. There were only me and my brother at the bar wanting a coffee and i think it was an effect for her. Didn't watch her name so wouldn't want to get her mixed up with another female with long blond hair who on the other hand was lovely. Would stay at the cleopatra hotels again but not that one

Travelled with a friend in September for 11 nights, having already previously stayed here i knew to keep away from the 'standard' rooms as the bathrooms are horrific and they haven't done any refurb, so opted for a family room which i knew had a bath to step into to take a shower (the same as a superior rooms i previously stayed at) On arrival the check in was via a tablet on the wall, just made it a slow check in as the tablet is positioned so it's fully vertical and a nightmare to type on (please make adjustable so you can at least move it so you can type on the pad with ease) Eventually got sorted and room 311, third floor and car park view. Room as expected, living room (with bed in) bathroom and separate bedroom. 2 balconies - balcony off each room via the patio doors. We didn't pay for the air con, please note the room has 2 air con units and the charge was going to be 92 euros per unit! Due to Kos constant breeze we just slept with the patio doors slightly open, and when getting ready on an evening just opened front door and patio door and got a brilliant through breeze, however speaking to other guests if June/July/Aug air con was a must. There was also a charge of around 29 euros for the safe, again optional but most places i've stayed if you have to pay for a safe when you hand the key back you get a percentage of the money back, you don't here. Room old fashioned but knew what to expect, no refurb since i was last there in 2021. Hopefully the chain start to realise all the new modern hotels and apartments popping up around the village along with other places constant refurbing and it will give them a push to start to make changes. Can't complain out cleanliness of the room, it was spotless, the cleaner was in daily and done an amazing job. Shower was the normal scenario, shower curtain attacking your body :-) but it was fine as no flooding due to it being within a bath, One day i got so sick of the shower curtain scenario i got the lift down to minus 1 and used the pool showers which are brilliant, i would recommend that if you have one of the standard rooms. The pool area is fab, beds comfortable it's just very very windy if the kos breeze is up, we used to prefer to sunbath at the Kris Mari pool, found it way more shaded from the wind and the pool not as deep so wasn't as cold. Staff were brilliant, especially the reception staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Never without a smile. Location i knew having stayed before, it's at one end of the village, quiet so great for getting sleep. plenty of bars and restaurants around and a 10-15 min easy walk to the square. We loved East Coast for a full English for 8 euro - great value. Breakfast i never went but my friend did and said it was the most basic continental he had ever had. Worst part being the freezing cold eggs! he said it would have been better if the hard boiled egg option was at lease lukewarm! That said it done the job for a couple of mornings - toast, egg, ham, cheese and

Rooms are fairly sized, breakfast is a typical greek continental with a view of cows. Staff are friendly, especially the hotel cat. Beds are comfortable. Pool is refreshing. Our balcony offered a beautiful view of the mountain with a small sea view.

Hotel was ok. great location basic rooms, breakfast very poor even for continental. End of holiday we found out that english money was taken out of my small purse and reported this but fobbed off. Only posting here as for u all to be careful. As seems that this may be going out without people realising have holidayed to greece many years. Never had it happen before... put a bad end to holiday as we still dont know if anyone was even asked about it..

We recently spent 11 nights at the Cleopatra Superior in Kardamena and up until the day before check out we had no complaints about the hotel or the staff and had thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. While packing our cases the day before we were due to leave I went to get my £40 English money out of my bedside drawer and noticed it was missing.  My partner had put £50 inside a purse in her bedside drawer as well and on inspection noticed that this money was also missing.  I immediately reported this to the on duty member of staff who was very concerned and apologetic and said she would inform her manager.  I heard nothing more about it that day.  On check out the following morning I asked another member of staff who was working on the desk if anything has been passed on or what I needed to do about this matter and the only reply I had was they were sorry but there was nothing they could do and would investigate the incident.   I felt completely fobbed off and felt nothing was going to be investigated as we would be leaving the hotel that day!!  Our room was on the second floor with the door being the only access to the room.  There are cameras in the corridors so it would be easy to check who entered our room.   I’ve been holidaying in Greece for over 40 years and this is the first time anything has ever gone missing from my room.

This hotel is just OK. With the cost to use the air-conditioning you may aswell go to a 3* hotel pay a little more tourist tax and get free air-conditioning, ours leaked on 3 pairs of shoes and a handbag, flooded the floor underneath. The shower and shower curtain was a task to wash without flooding the floor and if you moved the shower head to try stop it flooding in directed at a emergency electric swith that was at the same height, we had to ask for extra towel so we could soak the water up, and used the communal showers for the pool as we were concerned for the room below. We found the beds to be very comfortable, and the pool/sea/mountain view was delightful, the staff were curtious and friendly but not helpful. The hotel is in a good location close to everything. The gym and games room is kept locked and you have to ask at reception for them to be opened . Breakfast is bread/toast with jams or cheese luncheon meat, tomatoes, cheese cucumber and olives, cereal or yogurt and 2 type of fruit one tinned other watermelon. Rooms are clean but only 2 sockets, one for TV other is at side of bed. I would return to this hotel just for the location.

Stayed here with my wife and son who turned 13 during our stay and had a great time. Breakfast was very basic continental but only bothered with it once as we were out till 1am most nights so went out for breakfast most days. The pool was lovely and not over crowded and the sun beds were nice and comfy but do get reserved with towels early😡The pool snack bar serves nice food and is reasonably priced. Rooms are nice but you do have to pay for air conditioning but we never bothered. The shower curtain in our room was a comedy affair as it was 2 inches too short so every time you had a shower so did the floor. By the time 3 people have used it you can imagine it was dangerous to say the least. The hotel is at the start of the ***** of restaurants and bars so no shortage of choice for eating and drinking and a few bars on the sea front have a private part of the beach for customers use. You can also use the other two cleopatra hotel pools close by if you fancy a change of scenery. All in all a nice hotel and I would definitely stay again👍

Before you book you need to be aware of a few things. If you don’t book with the hotel direct, there are additional charges for things you will need. A safe is 2.25 Euros per night. Air con is 8.25 Europe’s per night. The tourist tax for a 3 star hotel is 3 Euros per person, per night. They may offer a slight weekly discount, but you are looking at around 100 Euros per week to stay there on top of the cost of your holiday. Also Wi-Fi is only in the public areas. Just to all be aware. The hotel itself is pretty basic, not sure it’s even a 3* and “Superior” it definitely isn’t. I have stayed in Premier Inns that are way better. Breakfast is also very basic, nothing hot or cooked unless you count the toaster! It is in a nice location and the staff are nice enough, but sadly it is not somewhere I would go back to. An update, Wi-Fi and being more upfront about charges (TUI said nothing about air con charges) and it could be a very nice basic base for exploring the island or just enjoying the nightlife.
