A family-friendly holiday resort, quite clean (with all those "Greek specialities" regarding bathrooms :-) , well kept, the food is fine, the pools are clean. The beach is very near, its a pebble beach, you must pay for the sunbeds. The beach is looked after by Ali, a very friendly middle-aged man from Pakistan who stays in Greece since 1993. It was very clean there and we felt safe there.

After reading the reviews I was apprehensive about coming here. I'm still here so here is my honest review. I came with my daughter to get the last bit of sun before we freeze for winter. The rooms are basic not 4* but very clean, the food is good and plenty of it, my daughter is fussy and she still finds something to eat. The entertainment team are amazing as are the bar staff. The only place I've been when I haven't fought for a sunbed sooo refreshing. Will I return? Definitely the staff go above and beyond to help you. I gave it 4* because room has no fridge and it is out of the way

It’s a very comfortable complex for the All Inclusive accommodation.Staff is kindly and helpful.Especially who is working in the reception the all girls are very helpful and smiley faces.I recommend to your holiday to choose this hotel.

Just home from this resort. The staff at the bar were amazing and very attentive had drinks poured knew what we were having. But the biggest thank u and what made this hotel more enjoyable were the entertainment team big thank u to Leo Tiago Zuza Lydia Oli and Nachos. Leo you made my daughter’s time here special especially inviting her on stage to share a lovely dance with you. Only thing that let hotel down was food. Met some amazing people here.

Foram as melhores férias que tive!! O hotel tem muito boas infranstruturas e é um excelente hotel para passar um bom tempo para quem quer relaxar mas também se divertir. O melhor desta experiencia foi a equipa de animação, principalmente os animadores Tiago e Zuza que nos proporcionaram muita diversão e sempre cheios de energia! Iremos voltar!

Cudowne wakacje, spędziliśmy w hotelu tydzień, będą to nigdy niezapomniane wakacje. Chcielibyśmy bardzo podziękować teamowi animacyjnemu w szczególności Zuzi i Tiago, cały team dobrze się nami zaopiekował oraz starannie przygotowywał aktywności i wieczorne show, naszymi ulubionymi na zawsze zostaną the greatest showman show i karaoke. Naprawdę jest wiele zabawy w tym hotelu! Chętnie wrócimy z powrotem:)

When we arrived at the hotel it looked nice and clean. We were told that we had to pay €50 for them because they went bankrupt not long ago and they just want money from their customers. We got to the room and it looked nice till we noticed the aircon wasn’t turned on so we asked the front desk if we could pay extra and they refused even though I was staying with a pregnant woman and the night times were going between 24-30 degrees. The hotel staff arnt the best at all they hardly listen to you at all and some don’t even understand English which is mad because half the world speaks it. We then found that there was 1 plug in the whole room which had 3 beds inside and they were near the wardrobe. The food was absolute crap the only decent thing was the snack bar which was canny enough. The hotel staff have their own aircon at the front desk but refuse us even though we found out you can pay extra but the woman just couldn’t be bothered to do it. Absolute joke. Overall 100% definitely not a 4 start more like a 2 at most. Also extra thing to add the door handle in the hotel wasn’t even connected to the door and kept falling off.

I think my review will be similar to one posted a few days ago by another member. On arrival the reception looks lovely and clean, the receptionist was friendly and gave us a brief overview. We were shown to our room, we had chosen a Maisonette style. A mistake for a young family, the stairs are steep and the bannister at the top is maybe 50cm high and wobbly. The bathroom absolutely stunk of sewage. We reported this the next day and also asked for a room change the next day due to this, the safety of the kids and the noise from the entertainment at night. We were told that that we had asked too late for that day (10am!!!) and to return the next day at 9am and they would see what they could do! The food was ok, nothing amazing but nothing wrong. The greek restaurant was better, so we used this several times. Sadly we only got to use the Italian once before is shut for the season. Snack bar was good, Gyros amd chips went down well with the family. The two main pools were well maintained and clean. The pool with the slides was OK, but the water slides were only on for a limited time each day and this isn't advertised anywhere. Overall I'd say that the grounds are well maintained, but the rooms, not so much. Definetly not the 4* it advertises itself as.

Przyleciałam tu tydzień temu z chłopakiem i były to jedne z naszych najlepszych wakacji Hotel wielki, sporo basenów i barów W październiku mały wybór jedzenia, ale snack bar wciąż był otwarty, więc w ciągu dnia jedliśmy głównie tam Barmani mili i drinki też dobre Muzyka nad basenem fajna, nie była zbyt głośna, także przyjemnie Najlepsza części wyjazdu to jednak animatorzy i animacje Team nie był zbyt duży, ale robił świetną robotę Wymienię każdego z imienia, ponieważ zasługują na to Oli, Zuza, Tiago, Lidia, Aimee oraz Leo dbają o to, żeby każdy spędzał świetnie czas i nie są zbyt natarczywi jeśli ktoś nie chce dołączyć do ich aktywności Wieczorne show na medal, taneczne show, karaoke, muzyka na żywo, czy quiz filmowy były świetne.. tyle ile się nasmialismy to nasze Wyspa Kos mała, ale naprawdę piękna Wynajęliśmy autko jednego dnia i zwiedziliśmy naprawdę dużo Jest sporo restauracji z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem, czy nawet fast food Goody’s, gdzie zjecie świetne burgery Miasteczko Zia, ogród ptaków, Agios Stefanos(?), Kavo Paradiso - przepiękne miejsca Naprawdę polecamy tę miejsce i zdecydowanie wrócimy tu za rok
