Für uns war es das zweite mal in diesem Hotel und wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein. Es war dieses Jahr fast noch schöner als letztes und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das Essen und der Service sind weltklasse. Vor allem Billy, der Supervisor im Fresco und Med hat diesen Urlaub durch seine zuvorkommende, offene und liebevolle Art auch dieses Jahr zu etwas sehr besonderem gemacht. Die Arbeit seines Teams im Fresco ist auch maximal lobenswert.

Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Zimmer mit eigenem Pool kann ich nur empfehlen. Leider waren keine Spa-Buchungen möglich. Essen ebenfalls Top

The room was amazing and the plunge pool hit the spot. The bookable restaurants were outstanding, The Med particularly was amazing and George, front of house, was charming. Dusk was also excellent so it was sad that the main buffet restaurant was not in the same, or even a close league.Here some of the dishes were hardly edible however the staff worked tirelessly which helped.

I was travelling alone and at first I was kinda sceptical but as soon as I arrived I felt much better for my choice. The staff is super friendly and made me feel comfortable. Loved the pools so much, the loungers were so comfy!!! Would definitely recommend!

There are plenty of hotel reviews so I thought I would mention the snorkeling. The sea is crystal clear with plenty of fish. This is not the red sea or the Maldives so you are not going to see lots of exotic fish. The sea is calm and ideal to introduce children to snorkeling as they will see seabream in the shallows where adults could still stand. A bit of bread or other snacks will have the fish madly competing for the food around the kids to their delight. When they get more adventurous they can swim over smooth rocks where they will catch sight of more unusual fish. It's worth giving it ago

We stayed for a week in June, sea view superior double room. The modern part of the hotel is beautiful, clean, but the older part of the hotel is still nice. We enjoyed staying here but a few things to know: 1. The buffet is not good! Not sure what the thought is behind a lot of the dishes, really random things that dont go together, not good quality or hot, overcooked or undercooked. The room is also outdated, doesnt match up to the rest of the hotel. We chose to leave the hotel for dinner several nights due to this, as you can only book the other restaurants once, and the Den was sold out for most of this. Comparing to other 5* hotel buffets, this does not come close.. 2. The swimming pool gets very crowded, I would go at 7.45am and there was only 2 sunbeds free. Very busy, and they allow in guests from other local mitsis hotels to these areas, we noticed with their wristbands that actually the majority taking the sunbeds were not from mitsis summer palace. Personally, I think if you are paying extra to stay here, and not the cheaper local options, you should be priority to these sunbeds without waking up so early. 3. you should get a rental car to go around the island, as the hotel is driving distance only from amenities

This is definitely not five stars 3.5 at best. The accommodation is modern and clean but that’s where it’s ends. The food is adequate but not what I would expect from a five star rating. The service is terrible, there is a lack of staff and they don’t seem to know what they are supposed to do. There are ques to get a table at the restaurant and once there you can wait along time to be served. In the restaurant it’s like one piece of beef from the carvery and there is chips with everything.There are no bins to dispose of rubbish. TUI you need to review this hotel as it is not what you advertise it .

Erstaunlich schöner und ruhiger Sommerferienurlaub. Meine Familie und ich haben hier übernachtet und werden auf jeden Fall in Zukunft wiederkommen. Das Personal ist unglaublich. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Victoria und Billy, die im medizinischen Restaurant arbeiten. Perfekter Service sowie coole Getränke. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Minibar wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt.
