The room is ok, the chair looks like it's broken, I noticed it before sitting down. It's very dangerous for the guests. The bathroom is stagnant, not happy

good service and a friendly front desk staff..nice room and well equiped with iron and iron board..the food was good and delicious although there was not much choices..the pool is also kids friendly

The hotel location at Jalan Kuala Krai, Kota Bharu Kelantan. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. No deposit when you check in to the hotel.Parking is free provided by hotel but very limited. Breakfast can be improved nothing is interesting. I am not satisfied on this below. Hope the hotel management can look on this matter and take action as follows. The room is clean but not comfortable. No mineral water bottle free provide by the hotel. Refer to the picture, inside the glass bottle stated that mineral water for rm10. The water tastes rusty. The mattress is old and not very soft. Air-conditioning not cold. The bathroom is dirty & very bad smiley.

toilets and showers are dirty and disgusting. luckily there is an eco shop for me to buy bleach and clean it again because I stayed for 2 nights.

Nice hotel with good location. Good breakfast!!! Their kacang pol sedap giler!!!!

The location close to famous night market. Room is so-so. Okay to stay for few days. Breakfast not much choice. Overall okay.

Nice but small room. Good local cafee breakfast. Near to coffee shop, tomyam and convinient store.

Hotel close to Pasar wakaf che yeh which is one of the tourist attractions.. close to restaurants (walking distance)

Huge room for both of us & nice view as well...hotel near to wakaf che yeh..just walk for couple minute only..surely will come again..
