Overall the stay was a pleasant one, the hotel strategic location is a plus for ease of travelling to all major attractions in the adjacent such as pasar siti khadijah and others, near and in walking distance to 7 eleven and other eateries.
Hotel room is not spacious but in a clean and neat condition. no odor and whatnot, the lift working well and this hotel have plenty parking space (open car park just exactly in front of the hotel & limited basement parking on the hotel building itself. Lobby is very welcoming and there is a decent cafe/ coffee house/ restaurant in the lobby area.
This hotel is a hidden gem in Kota Bharu apart of all the other well known hotels, i prefer this hotel and definitely will be returning in near future.

Booked one night on a whim as it is the only one with an available room in KB town proper. Wasn't expecting an amazing hotel, but having stayed there for one night, I think the hotel is great, and the staff are very professional and very courteous I might add. Room is clean, albeit a bit small, but no issue. There's some slight issue with sound as people kept opening and closing doors within my floor. Hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants, convenience store and 24/7 laundry. Breakfast is limited, but it's enough to fill you up (Mihun goreng is too greasy though). Definitely recommended, but make sure to book in advance as they can easily get fully booked. I wanted to do a late checkout, but since my room is already taken, they couldn't accommodate my request. But that's fine.

Liked our choice of Prestige 1-bedroom apartment (Block A13-10 18th floor) in the Sky River Front building behind Ibis Hotel. Newly painted and very clean. Has separate bedroom and bathroom to main lounge, dining and kitchen area. Had a balcony, WiFi and off-street allocated parking. Towels and toiletries are provided. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. Cutlery and crockery is also supplied. Swimming pool was nice and clean. The only negative is that there is no place to cook. It would be nice is an appliance was supplied for this purpose.

Kelantan is non-popular states in Malaysia. It’s been a while since my last visit to this state and choosing the right place to stay is very important especially when bringing together an elderly person.
Renai Hotel is an old hotel but I can see it was renovated recently. It’s located next to Billion Mall so there was easy access to supermarkets for purchase of daily supply. Surrounded by few businesses centre link banks and 24hrs mart. No worries about the location about 2-3km to KB Mall (Biggest in Kelantan)
Service by the staff was super excellent and every demand from me, they were able to furnish fast. I can’t say enough how I feel appreciated staying there when the staff service was great
We opted for the breakfast and again was impressed by it. Considering location of the states, I can have almost from local to western breakfast and almost intercontinental style. Also delicious meals every day.
Only thing not in my favour is the parking & elevator was not up to my standard. Limited parking and old elevator making your waiting time longer.

Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, but I had some issues. The toilet was overflowing whenever it was flushed, and we needed to call staff to fix it. The breakfast that they provide had only a few items, like cereal, mee goreng, and wasn't a really enjoyable meal. However, dinner was no problem since there is a food truck area right next to the hotel. Another problem is that the room is rather small. However, other than that, great hotel. Would go again.

SsizzlingmAverage accommodation. Good location if you are into night market shopping. Other than that, there is nothing much around it. Staffs are rigid when I request to see the room. Reason being every year guests have the same complaint subject - the bathroom. We checked in at 7.30pm and request for late check-out the next day. Front staff informed that there is a surcharge of RM$30/hour. And I was just asking till 1pm. Breakfast can skip. Good thing only is the spacious room and the carpark. Overall- building & service need to be improvised. And I think the air-con in the lobby is off after breakfast. For all this, to me the rate is expensive.

AailengsaysI have stayed here twice, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is provided. The whole homestay was nicely decorated with flowers and small decoration items, room overall is clean. The only one room at ground floor is a two-bed room, no aircon, price is cheap though and has a shared toilet outside the room. Upstairs has three rooms - Only the family room (Master bedroom) with two beds has its own toilet, for the two other two rooms are sharing the same toilet. For the travellers who don’t like shared toilet better booked for the big room. Overall experience is excellent, the only downside is the location is a bit too far for people who don’t drive.

GGuest UserWe stayed here 2 nights before catching the jungle train at Wakaf Bharu, it’s in a great location, not far to food & the shopping mall. The rooms are a good size! We were in a twin which was very spacious & clean! We would 100% recommend here, for backpackers you can’t beat this place for value! The only negative was there was no free water refills & in our room the Wi-Fi was very temperamental but apart from that we were really pleased with our stay!

We are lucky this Saturday morning is a Saturday Floating Market with varieties of local delicacies. Interesting to see Dikir Barat Performance. A weekly event. Please come. Really worth it & fun. Boleh naik boat/ we enjoyed river cruise! Here are some pictures.
